Food Stamps is human welfare program, operated by the Kentucky government. The government offers these program to the low income families and children. The government has changed its name to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program in August 2012. EBT Cards are accessible at some specific retail stores to purchase foods. The Card holders can take cash benefits through these cards, using at ATMs. More than 1,000,000 residents take the advantage of this program.
