Benefits of Food Stamp
Missouri program are offered to low income families, pregnant ladies, senior citizens, children, Citizen
with disability and other needy persons. The serving of food in the states depends on USDA's Thrifty
Food Plan. The service is adjusted yearly in accordance to the country’s Department of Labor's inquiry on the expanse of food.
Missouri government transfers the Food Stamp Benefits
through Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system. However, the government initially provides these benefits through coupon system. It directly transfer benefits to the EBT accounts of the benefits recipients. The recipients can access these benefits through a plastic card, known as EBT card.
