I bought a Flexsteel sofa from Bond Furniture in Loveland, Ohio April 24, 2014 and it was delivered April 29, 2014. The style number is 7512-31 and sofa fabric 713-11. In December 2015 the frame broke. I also bought a five year protection plan which when I originally went in they were more than happy to help me. They sent someone out right away, but that was almost a month ago. I have had a broken sofa for a month and I think customer service should be a lot faster than that. Bond said that the frame was guaranteed and that they would contact you and then come and pick it up. It has been three weeks and I can not get them to return my phone call. I just want my couch fixed or perhaps a new one if it can not be fixed to look like new. The material has held up fine. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks you.
We bought a Flexsteel leather love seat recliner January 2015 and returned it because of terrible skunk smell. We exchanged it for a Flexsteel leather sofa recliner thinking that the sofa was produced different, but we were wrong. The leather sofa stinks after stunk too, especially when it gets warm. Research showed me that the leather is sheep material and not properly worked with. Also the furniture company where I bought the skunk smelling Flexsteel leather sofa told me that the sofa recliner as also the love seat is made in China I am wondering what kind of chemicals are in or on the leather because I feel sick and get headache after sitting for longer time on the sofa. I also wrote to Flexsteel six weeks ago, but so far I did not get any responds. Never again I will buy anything from Flexsteel. The skunk smelling sofa will be returned.

Attempting to contact Flexsteel customer service @ 8889997777 got hooker furniture for hot babes and guys my double recliner in blue leather has been great, however, one piece of leather near the center of the seldom used area is disintegrating to holes and cracks. This leather is as bad as my spelling. Maybe I'll go to hooker furniture if I'm just looking to get screwed.

I purchased a flexsteel latitude rocking chair for my dad last year as a christmas present. The chair was a special order from china and arrived to his home on. The chairs appearance after a few months looks worn as the leather is sagging and hasnt maintained its shape. I called the furniture store where the chair was purchased and a flexsteel rep came into my parents home to fix the problem for a free one time repair. The stuffing placed in the back of the chair for the repair has been continuing to fall out onto the floor. This chair is not holding you to the flexsteel name. I just recently contacted an you holstery shop to have the chair correctly fixed. Both the seat and the back of the chair needed more padding and cushion. I had to pay out of pocket for this repair, And would like to send you both the invoice for the chair and for the repair. This chair is not holding you to the reputation of the american brand name of flexsteel that i have e to know and love.

we bought this chair from sams furniture in springdale ar. thinking we were buying one of the best quality chairs out there! and we were told the warranty was second to none, but six months after we bought it we had to have someone come out and adjust the mechnisim because it just did not sit right, then later had to have them come back and they replaced the entire mechnism.Now it is bad again and we were told by the store that all they will do is give us another mechinsm, but we will have to pay to put it on or that my husband could do it!We just want a good chair that sits right, when you sit in this one and try to watch TV you are looking at the celing!I feel like someome should stand behind this chair better than this, as we feel we paid alot of money for it and it should hold up better than it has.My husdand is not a huge guy or anything so I am sure that is not the problem!please feel free to call me at either one of these phone numbers,479-636-4933 or 479-426-8793! thank you

Furniture broke two days after delivery from just sitting in it. Terrible retail experience and no real way to contact Flexsteel. It's obvious they do not want to hear about it or there would be a phone number or email avenue. I threatened litigation and a "repair person" called an hour later after having waited a week. This repair person barely speaks english and speaks way to fast. When he arrives I will clearly explain I won't accept fast talking bull-crap and that he had better be a highly trained and Flexsteel approved repair entity or off he goes and hello small claims.
