I have been a subscriber for a long time. First I received a renewal form for my subscription Field and Stream four months before it was due. I went ahead and paid it on 7-29-15, two months early. Purchased a Field and Stream Eagle Talon 12 foot kayak from Dicks sporting goods, used it three times. This last time, the "dry storage" area filled with water, which led to me tipping over and capsizing the kayak. My cell phone (in dry storage)is shot, lost all tackle and two fishing poles. This is a new kayak, should not leak.

I wish to see female employees in the gun department. When if go to F and S the males cannot even take time to answer me questions much wait on me in a timely fashion. As far as I am concerned they lost a gun sale to me a female. The three males stood down at the end of counter for over ten minutes and then could wait to be gone after one question. So I didn't bother to ask to see the rifle I wanted to buy I walked out and told the female cashier I was upset about. If a female is good enough for this train her. There are hundreds of female hunters. Wake up people. This has happened to me in other brand stores and I do not go back, you are losing moneyh.

I am very upset. I went to Field and Stream in Columbus Ohio. They had a whole table of shoes. The sign said half off lowest tag price. I bought two pairs. After I got home and looked at the receipt I only had 25% taken off. I called the store and she said that if you read small print that only field and stream were only half off all others were 25%. The girl on the phone told me that a lot of people have done the same thing. Well I live a hour away and now I have to take them back because I only bought because thought half off. I will just start going back to Dick's. At least they make signs you can read.

I bought a safe from the dicks store in garner NC. There was no master key and no handles in the box mine is the 40 8 field and stream safe. The store said they had e-mailed the company with no response. I would like to get the stuff that is suppose to come with it after paying $960 dollars for it.

I will be getting a lawyer. Since i am in a wheelchair and went to purchase an assault rifle in your new store for rupees 1,000 besides shells for my other rifles. I was in the military and i am a vet with an honorable discharge, but the way i was treated in your store is a disgrace. I am 66 years of age as of today and i have a business with an income of 190,000 per year and your so called sales boy treated me beyond bad. I asked for a manager who already has an attitude.
So it was like talking to a wall while other customers looked at me was also embarrassing.
By the way I also have a credit and debit card to your target stores. I have 160 employees.
And i am going to inform them how i was discriminated, because of being in a wheelchair.
I will be calling the Attorney Generals office, Mayors office, senior citizens, VA, and the AMA besides the better business bureau and any media both radio and TV. Informing them how badly i was treated and i will get on whatever media i want to let everyone know.

Well I keep getting an invoice in the mail saying that I owe money. I DO NOT owe any money! I already sent a check for a year subscription. Not to mention, there is no phone number on any of the invoices! Go figure So I had to look up the phone number and called it and I am unable to make contact with a single person. Well go ahead and cancel the subscription because you will not get another dime!
