I have tried to log into Fidelity Net Benefit and I got answer:"The information you entered will not allow you access to the Web Site. Please contact a service representative for assistance". Since I live in Europe, it is not convenient to call on the phone, if it is not necessary. I have not been on your web site for more than ten years (last time in may 2004, when I gat the balance in my account). Please advice me what I can do?
I have tried to log into Fidelity Net Benefits and apparently I have an outdated password or wrong username. I tried to reset my password several times and I keep getting the response "retype a valid password" after I have been very careful about putting the same information in the second time as I did initially. This is getting very frustrating. Do you have any suggestions on how to get this login information corrected for me?
