I am presently in the USA. I wrote to the bank prior to my trip to enable my card/acct for international withdrawals within the months am away. My ATM card has been blocked and rejected at several points of payments. I can currently make no withdrawals from it nor payments on line. I also have stopped to receive credit or debit email alerts to my phone so i cannot track my expenditures/spending. I am stranded and have called my account officer severally on both issues. She has stopped taking my calls now-and my issue is yet to be resolved. I am stranded in a foreign land and have no other fidelity contact on my phone. Don't know what to do.

I been receiving some email through my phone, under some release of funds under someones name, I think its a scam since the language is not grammatical correct and using a phone number to contact someone claiming to be the manager. The email does not start with http as required. So help me out confirm if this is a scam or not. I bank with Fidelity Bank. I used the ATM on 5/03/15. The ATM dint pay me, but my account was debited. I went to the bank and complained. I filled a form, but uptill now, my account hasn't been credited.
