Improper behavior from 181 agent
I was treated in a completely inacceptable way when I tried to get a phone#. The agent was so rude he hang up @me before I finish my inquiry. I called twice to make a complaint one agent stated that they can not make a complaint. When I insisted two talk two their supervisor he made the complaint #196187 on 28/June/13 and told me to wait for a call on 30/June. Am still waiting, but no feed back.Is there any one who can resolve this issue?
I was shocked to see such low standards of service in a giant entity like etisalat which four sure value superior quality
