Customer service sucks here. I paid the $5. 00 fee to get a new charger and guess what? They tell me that they do not think the charger will work. I think it will, I paid for it. Will NEVER buy anything from these idiots again.
I bought a em208vidbu and put 500 songs on it. I can not get any songs to play. I have tried the reset function, but still no luck. I did get the radio to work. When I turn it on I get the Music indication. If I press the M key I get three dots and then it goes back to the Music indication. If I press the on/off button nothing happens. If I press the M button and then quickly press the on/off button I go back to the Music indication. Help.
Worst customer service ever. My daughter's ematic MP3 player turned off while she was listening to it, fully charged, and when she turned it on, all her music was gone. I held, and held, and held, and no one answered at two pm in the afternoon. From the comments below, I doubt we will ever hear back from anyone.
I have an Ematic 8" tablet I bought and I have run into a problem. When I tried to set up the lock screen to accept ctrl-alt-delete I ran into a problem. When I start the tablet it it asks me to type in ctrl-alt-delete on the screen I cant do this since the lock screen does not allow me to get to the on-screen keyboard. ;o( i bought a 11 PC ematic universal kit for my daughters new ipod touch 4th generation i actually seen a picture online and never knew the speaker was a speaker thought it was an ipod stand, how ever after recieving it there is missing items all to do with the speaker. there was no speaker in the box or the the hook chain, and the two cords that go with the speaker, also there wasnt a book in it like for directions, i do not think i needed directions for this, but i was hoping there was one with your phone number on it. this was for my daughter to start school tomorrow can you call me at 585-647-6292 I am home today thanks i called walmart and they told me to call you first thanks
The above stated ematic customer service tel number is blocked and i could never resolve any technical issues and working of my new seven " Genesis internet tablet resolved or replaced and back working good, nor do they call back ,very poor after sales service.
My friend bought a Ematic eGlide tablet. The tablets OS is screwed up, won't power all the way through the power up process. Contacted Ematic they asked for the receipt and have heard nothing back from them.
