Purchased player a month ago and the sound is distorted now. also, with the player on shuffle it continues to play the same songs after player sits for 15 mins. i purchased at best buy and do not have receipt. what are my options? by the way, this is the 2nd eclipse mp3 player i have purchased and i am frustrated.
Got a clip blue mp3. three or four months old and will not charge anymore.
Eclipse makes the worst products and their customer support is even worse than their products. I can not believe they are even allowed to stay in business. I will tell everyone I know how terrible their products and customer service has been.

Hello my name is Andre Warren , I have bought several of your Eclipse 180G2 MP3 players in the past and each one stopped working after about 9-12 months. The last one I bought lasted roughly a little over 11 months. I registered my mp3 players. I would like to know how your warranty, if any works.
