Stop Ebony Magazine from going to this address: Bettina Burdeshaw 2591 Rex Rd. Ellenwood, Ga. 30294 Thank You.
I'm not receiving my subscriptions in a timely manner. Today, May 16, 2016 I received the March 2016 issue of Ebony (this delay has been going on for months). Have sent an email to no avail. Tried calling the Ebony Magazine Customer Support Number, 212-397-4500, and I am directed to input the extension of the person I am calling -- do not know an extension so the system continues to default to the beginning of the message. I'm a subscriber of more than 30 years and find the lack of service reprehensible.
I ordered a subscription for Ebony Magazine in Dec 2015. I had the subscription sent to a relative in prison and I gifted myself. My relative nor have I received our magazines yet However you'll still charged my card. In additon my relative received a post card or flyer from Ebony so that tells me they have her correct address and information on file. Yet in still she nor I have received are magazines. This is the 3rd emailed I have sent and I still have not heard from anyone. I called all three numbers and each time I'm met with an automatic messaging service stating you'll are working on the problem with late subscriptions. Well, that's not good enough. Its been three months. Either refund me my money or start my subscription. I hope to hear from someone soon. My number is 404-771-0242.

MY LAST MAGAZINE WAS NOV 2015, AFTER THAT NOTHING, I TRY E-MAIL NOTHING, IS IT STILL MAGAZINE. I MEAN MY SUBSCRIPTION IS UP IN FEB 2017, AND I GET NOTHING, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE KNOW ONE WILL RESPONSE. I HAVE SEND E-MAIL KNOW RESPONSE. MAYBE IF SUE MAY I WILL GET YOUR ATTENTION. IT SAD THAT MAGAZINE AS BIG AS THIS TREAT THERE CUSTOMER THIS WAY.
My name is Anna James and I have sent you several messages that I am not receiving my Ebony Magazines. I sent you a check 1502 in August for a two yr. Subscription and I have only received three magazines. Sept, Oct, and Nov. My subscription is good until June 2017. Now I know that Ebony is a monthly magazine and I saw the March edition on the newsstand on Friday. What is the problem? I have called and you want an extension which I do not have, you do not seem to want to answer your phones, but want people to email you and you still do not answer. I see that I am not the only person not getting the magazine and I do not like this. If I do not receive my magazines in a timely fashion you leave me no choice, but to involve my attorney. And I will be reporting this matter to the BBB so that they are aware of this situation.

I have tried to contact ebony about my subscription and your site was down. I never received my July issue. It's very frustrating trying to contact anyone for help. Everyone do not have a computer, what other means do you have for communication? My account number is EBY0003701067/7 I have been a long time customer, please help.
I received your Ebony Magazine in the mail today and do not have a subscription with your company and also did not request this magazine. I would not subscribe to such a racist publication. It is companies/organizations such as your that continues to damage this country and separate the citizens that have worked hard over the past half century to build and rebuild relationships of the American spirit. I am extremely offended by your publication and the fact that you mailed this to my house without my permission to further your Marxist and racist agenda. Thank you in advance for never sending your publication to my address again. Sincerely, Darnell Claypool.

However she has not received a magazine since October 2014. It is now March 2014. I have not been able to speak with anyone to resolve the issue in fact your do not even have a voicemail set up. The phone just rings. So I'm unhappy with Ebony right now. I really would appreciate it if someone would call me or contact me be email. Please do not attempt to send old magazines to her for she has already read them through purchases she made in the grocery store. ( unreal) seeing that she has already paid for her subscription.

All I want to do is change my address. But I am getting the response that my account is not what they have on record. Of course I am unable to reach anyone by phone. Got a response to an email inquiry saying call the toll free number, and of course it says all customer service request are being handled via email. My subscription runs until June 2016, so I want to either be able to change my address and receive my magazine, or I want my damn money back. What is going on Ebony? You used to be a good company, or at least that's what I always believed. TjMcphail.
I have been a loyal follower of Ebony Magazine for over 30 years. My complaint is that I have not received my December magazine. You used to mail the magazine a few weeks before the next month. Now it at the end of the month. And if you want to take advantage of the activities you listed there over before you see the magazine.
I called and spoke to an Ebony Magazine editor. He gave me another number 312-322-9200. When I called I just got a beeping sound.

I did not receive October's issue of the Ebony Magazine and looking at the label on my last issue the expiration date is January 2018. Please send the missed issue and continue to send the remainder of the said future copies. It is so very unfortunate that we can no longer speak to a customer service representative personally. We now have to put our inquiry on the web. Keep in mind everyone does not want to use the web. Hoping this issue is addressed. Sincerely,
