i purchase the new plan 150 dhs.its mentioned 300 calls .but i got only 200 free calls.now this month i didn't see any offer.how can i know this.when i call this du number number is showing not valid.why your service is very bad.if it will continue like this i will cancel this.sorry to say

I have opt ELITE 100 plan from last month but now I am not getting my DATA connectivity. I was told that this plan covers 100MB data included with this paln/ month.
It happened that from time, I got message that my 100 MB data is already consumed I am not having any more connectivity.

I've charged my mobile 3times 50+50+20 separately an I get a msg which says its charged for the amount, however when I make a call I get to hear I have no balance for outgoing.. Can you please help me on this..This is happening since a week I'm back from vacation..

June 1, i still have 8 aed remaining balance before i go to sleep when i wake ip its .22 yesterday i reload 20 and at night i still have 18.something remaining balance when i wake up today its all gone, what's happening to DU ur service is not good nowadays. can u guys u the explanation bout this? addtl there's no services im enrolled in, doesnt accept offers or watever. why is this happening?

My phone as been lost and I would like to stop my contract until I find it back. It has been lost in an Emirates plane and, at the moment, I have to call them back to get it back again. I've tried to call the Du customers services but nobody answered yet. It is URGENT!

I cannt connect to du numbers from outside Dubai.
I get the message that the number is not dialed correctly. But it was working till yesterday.
What is the problem?
