I have been having problems with getting some channels on my decoders. My number is 4122260514 and I have had to complain about 5 times this week with various solutions given by your customer care operators. The latest solution given is that if some channels disappear, I should switch off my decoder and switch it on again. With over N11, 000 I pay every month I expect a better solution.

i renewed my subscription on 31, Aug 2013 (premium). since then i have had to call the customer center at least 4 times because d E16-4 message that comes up during viewing in order to have d problem restored. i am really tired of having to do this. it is quite embarrassing, fund-wasting, and annoying! there is absolutely no reason why this should happen especially because it is not yet d due date!
it has happened again now...unfortunately no customer care closes @ 9pm, does it mean i'll have to wait till 2moro to have this issue resolved?
who bears the cost of airtime i have expended calling you? who repays me for d minutes & hours i have lost because someone keeps making a mistake of removing my subscription before the due date?
this is absolutely unacceptable!

I get home two hours later for my wife to tell me the same thing has happened again. Your cabel network is just exploiting nigerians and its so annoying. I paid since on the 6th of August and uptil this moment I can't get reactivated. I have spent a lot of money calling your so called "call centre" that waste your precious time and money with your numerous adverts. I am not happy at all and disappointed in DSTV service.

This morning again at about the time it was suspended yesterday, it was again suspended, despite my having paid my subscription as early as 25th July, 2013, to avoid this ugly situation.
Please check my record to see when I normally pay into the account and you will know that I should not be treated this way!

I bought a promo package with card no 42595932478 to replace my bad decoder with card no 42657685865, the subscrition of the old card was transferred to the new card upon expiration in june, 2013 i mistakingly paid into the old card no (42657685865) 3 times N10,000 17/6/13, N11,000 18/7/13 and N11,000 on 18/7/13 before i discovered that i have been paying to a wrong card, please kindly reverse and credit my new card no. 42595932478 or reverse the transaction to my account.

I was on the premium bouquet and I just migrated/payed for the compact(5,000) and up till now I can't still view any channel. I contacted 1 of your offices @ the ikeja city mall and I was given a USSD code (30333) to send RA 4261333265 to while the decoder is on channel 154. I have done all that yet its still not coming up.
