My experience with a Supervisor concerning my efforts to call direct to renew my contract very unprofessional.
I am very unhappy with the service I have received from your contact at 800-348-2999 after all these years of being loyal to your company this is no customer service.
In March-21-2013 I call asking for better gas rates
I was promise 17 cents a cm for three years, did not happen after many phone calls and talking to one supervisor I just got my new bill and still waiting for a call back for the price change
I will be looking for another supplier for my gas

If you and any of your people continue to call me with unsolicited contact, I will visit your office. If you do not cease and desist I will have no alternative, but to make a visit to your office. I have retained an attorney and will act on his suggestions. I am gathering all information concerning the above and will act accordingly. I am preparing legal action against first energy.
