I called last month to complaint that is billing error to my company. In fact the account was inactivate since three year ago and we have been receiving the statement showing a small credit balance. But suddenly in sep'14, the credit balance b/f previously becomes positive balance, showing that our company overdue amount b/f, but no action taken, and we still received the statement showing the wrong outstanding amount on 1/12/14.

I was trying to barr the lines of my two lost phones both using Digi services. Digi centre is a phantom, no one answers throughout the day in-spite of their so called finished maintenance and upgrading. So if someone misuses my line, Digi should be liable because their customer service does not exist. Disappointing.

For your information, i has 50 staff that using Digi post paid and prepaid. We highly recommend Digi line to our foreign worker due to your exciting international charges. Dear sir, this is to make a complaint that my account phone number 0122328994 was changed to smart phone on 29.07.2014 and immediately i switch off the data connection, but DIGI still charging me rm 250. Dear Digi Center,I would like to enquire about this IDD reload package for Nepal. When we reload the IDD of rm:15 and rm:30 Digi give to us free call talk time for 15 minute of rm:15 and 30 minute of rm:30 but, which have a free call that talk time if we call one, two, three and four minute. Also they deducted five minutes while we talk only one minutes even the Digi cut of five minutes so that is the big problem for us so please find out the solution as soon as possible.
