I am very unhappy with the Digi agent's service in jaya shopping mall. I went to port in to Digi. And the Chinese mall agent mistakenly key in my ic number and made it difficult for me to plrt into Digi. And i had to wait till the next working day which is Monday to reactive my network again. I am so upset with this kind of irresponsible people. Please take necessary action.
I would like to make a complain on Digi service. I make a report 2weeks back regarding my iphone six not able to hear when call out or incoming. The officer told me the longest will be in two weeks i been follow up the status and they are telling me at least 30days. i am holding the phone, but cannot make any calls or received call. I cannot believe whole Malaysia's store of DIG do not have stock? or just want to delay ?.

I called last month to complaint that is billing error to my company. In fact the account was inactivate since three year ago and we have been receiving the statement showing a small credit balance. But suddenly in sep'14, the credit balance b/f previously becomes positive balance, showing that our company overdue amount b/f, but no action taken, and we still received the statement showing the wrong outstanding amount on 1/12/14.
