But when i went for collect the bill, the Manager said that you did not receive the 5% cash back. The reason best known to your Manager. and told me to talk with customer Care. I call more than 30 times to customer care, till date The officer of Account Department Mr. Sujeet Said to talk with the Manager only where your purchase the Tv. and the manager said to talk with The customer care. Now what Can I Do. Please look into the matter and give me the 5% cash back as that time scheme is available. I;e. On 10. 11. 2015. If your honur is not give 5?sh back return then I will return the said product as sales term and condition is not fulfilled. Kindly do the needful in the matter at an earliest and oblige.
I am very unhappy with the Digi agent's service in jaya shopping mall. I went to port in to Digi. And the Chinese mall agent mistakenly key in my ic number and made it difficult for me to plrt into Digi. And i had to wait till the next working day which is Monday to reactive my network again. I would like to make a complain on Digi service. I make a report 2weeks back regarding my iphone six not able to hear when call out or incoming. The officer told me the longest will be in two weeks i been follow up the status and they are telling me at least 30days. i am holding the phone, but cannot make any calls or received call. When we reload the IDD of rm:15 and rm:30 Digi give to us free call talk time for 15 minute of rm:15 and 30 minute of rm:30 but, which have a free call that talk time if we call one, two, three and four minute. Also they deducted five minutes while we talk only one minutes even the Digi cut of five minutes so that is the big problem for us so please find out the solution as soon as possible. Today 11th of October 2014. I went to your Digi centre at the garden to change my plan to family plan at 1.30 pm. Your sales executive, Mr. Siew told me my line would be activated after one hour of registering. At 4.00 pm, my line is still not activated.
