I would like to make a complain on Digi service. I make a report 2weeks back regarding my iphone six not able to hear when call out or incoming. The officer told me the longest will be in two weeks i been follow up the status and they are telling me at least 30days. i am holding the phone, but cannot make any calls or received call. I cannot believe whole Malaysia's store of DIG do not have stock? or just want to delay ?.

I called last month to complaint that is billing error to my company. In fact the account was inactivate since three year ago and we have been receiving the statement showing a small credit balance. But suddenly in sep'14, the credit balance b/f previously becomes positive balance, showing that our company overdue amount b/f, but no action taken, and we still received the statement showing the wrong outstanding amount on 1/12/14.

Your service are too bad. I called many times about two day, and there is no answer. Is that your staff are too much busy ? I got problem with my internet, now i also got problem with your services.
Why i call since last week Digi helpline always said line is busy. Then how can i resolve my problem if helpline cannot answer call.
