I was trying to barr the lines of my two lost phones both using Digi services. Digi centre is a phantom, no one answers throughout the day in-spite of their so called finished maintenance and upgrading. So if someone misuses my line, Digi should be liable because their customer service does not exist. Disappointing.

Dear sir,Since 9am, I keep calling your customer service number. Up to recent, I made calls more then 30 times unfortunately, i only receive answer machine. Again and again! so irritating. Dear Digi Center,I would like to enquire about this IDD reload package for Nepal. When we reload the IDD of rm:15 and rm:30 Digi give to us free call talk time for 15 minute of rm:15 and 30 minute of rm:30 but, which have a free call that talk time if we call one, two, three and four minute. Also they deducted five minutes while we talk only one minutes even the Digi cut of five minutes so that is the big problem for us so please find out the solution as soon as possible. Before, wasn't this kind of problem, but now it make us very unhappy. Hope will resolve the problem soon. Thank You.

Today 11th of October 2014. I went to your Digi centre at the garden to change my plan to family plan at 1.30 pm. Your sales executive, Mr. Siew told me my line would be activated after one hour of registering. At 4.00 pm, my line is still not activated. So i called up your call center and was told by a Cik Fathika that it would took four hrs to reactivate my line, but at 8.00 pm my line is still not being activated. Made another call to your call centre and Mr. Shahzuan attended and told he could only email to the garden centre to check and couldn't give me the Garden centre phone number for me to call. I am very unhappy with your service as a simple change of plan could land me with such inconvenience! As i am writing this at ten pm it is still not being activated and no one from Digi has called me! I regret changing my plan with Digi, which i could have change with other Telco. I have been a loyal Digi customer for a long time and Digi has failed me badly! When will my line be activated?

now is 6.53pm, and we are having prob with BIS (Digi) plan, so who should we talk to? The Digi Helpline business hours only from 9-6pm. We are having difficulties to contact Digi helpline in this hours.

Difficulties :

1) My BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) for Digi has been unsubscribed, after wipe all my data on my bb.

2) Line Coverage was very crappy.

3) Helpline should be able to reach at any time.

The unsubscribe is supposed to be with immediate effect. , but my experience is that when I unsubscribe at dawn, say before 8am, and even though I did receive a confirmation SMS that I have successfuly unsubscribed, I still received, later in the morning, another SMS saying that 50sen has been deducted from my credit for the subscripton of super10. DiGi Telecommunications, you are such horrible, I had pre-order for the Note 3, but until today, give me many excuse that not delivery the set to me, The payment was successful done and what the meaning of the SIM converted got problem? What the shame of yours. And also, the hotline 016-2211800, always been connected for few second then the line will drop, ask you call back. If I call the number 016-2291128, there is nobody pick-up. When I complaint to any Digi Center, there say not their business, there is online store problem. It's fools customer, no ways can be compliant even need to get the status also no ways to get. Everytime i top-up and when i want to make a call, Digi will tell me i should reload and when i check my balance...its 0.00 or 0.40. I was shocked when i get the bill (014-699 6010) since last month! The charges is extremely high. After calling to your center at Kl they told me it was because i'd subscribe certain program with code 33444 (BATTLE/ CINE CANTIK...) may I know what is that? Hi,
Recently I received lots of 2900 messages and these messages has charges which is draining from my credit everyday. The messages that I received are:

1. you have reached RM1 daily total usage. Immediately enjoy 1sen/sms to all digi numbers until the end of the day.

2.have more fun connecting with your friends and family with video calls. only 36sen/min to all networks.

3. you have reached rm1 daily total usage. immediately enjoy local voice rate of 12sen/min or 10sen/min(for super 10) to all networks until the end of the day.

I get these messages very often even though i did not make any calls. I do not surf net either. Kindly take action as soon as possible and I find it annoying.

I've also call digi customer service line 016-2211800, but when I was transferred to another level officer in charge there was no one to attend my call even though I've waited for about 15minutes. It's such a bad service I think DIGI should look into this matter too.

but till now not recharged.

when i check with CIMB they are asking for DIGI check number.

Bought a LG NEXUS four on 09/06/2013. On 19/06/2013, found a crack on my phone. Sent back to DIGI on 22/062013. They promised me to send back to LG, but till today, no news from DIGI. Disappointed.

1) Since I didn't utilize my phone, do I need to pay my bill?
2) When can I get back my phone?

I bought a LG nexus weeks ago and after 1.5 weeks I found a crack on my new phone. I then sent the phone back to DiGi shop and the staff had verified that the phone was not dropped. He sent it back to DiGi. It's already more than two weeks now and I do not have my phone until now. My questions are: 1. Do I have to pay my monthly bill when I didn't fully utilize my phone?; 2. How long does DiGi or LG need to replace my phone?

Hi, I would like to enquire about this;

My son bought a LG NEXUS 4. Less than two weeks, he saw a crack on his phone.
He send it to the digi shop and the personnel concern verified that the phone was not dropped. So the phone was send back to LG for further action.

My question is, the phone was send to LG for about two weeks already and still no news from them. May I know, in such case;

1) do I have to pay for the monthly bill?
2) how long we need to get back the phone?
