About your commercials on the direct TV channel 349 Newsmaxtv, I watch that channel for it tape shows of WWII black and white TV. Mostly about hitler and other world war2 films all in black and white, and other war info shows in black and white non-color films, now your commercial is on there after every commercial brake, you mean to tell me, that many women are interested in that type of shows on TV ? the time I watch these shows are from 1am ET to 5am, and your commercial must come on there a hundred times a night, or does your company just have a ton of money to waste on TV, no matter what the show ? or you people just like to be ripped off when it comes to air time for your spot ? lol do you see at all, what I am trying to say here ? lol.

I ended up getting signed up for recurring shipments, which I didn't want. So I tried to cancel, and it took several tries and several different phone numbers. Finally reached someone who canceled my orders and told me to return the product and that I was responsible for shipping both ways. Meanwhile their ads say if you're not completely satisfied return for full refund. Very, very pushy and rude. I will go to the mall to purchase different products and not be forced, and I mean forced to deal with this company. I have no idea if your products work, your customer service is so bad that I won't find out if they work. Attempted to reach Derm Exclusive customer service to cancel 30 day trial. Was given five different phone numbers, none of which were customer service. Was transferred to customer service supposedly and was left on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up. Threatened to contact the BBB if not connected with whoever I needed to speak with immediately, and was connected to a person that was not available and no voice mail was available. I was told they did not have an email address for me to access. They think they have all their bases covered, but I am not easily deterred. First I will put a stop pay on my bank account which will be worth the fee, contacting BBB and anyone else who will listen. Finally the last time I called and chose theorder line and learned the hours of operation. I was calling at 8:00 pm Eastern time. I was told that customerservice closes at 9:00 pm. After that call, I called customer service again and the automated voice told me to send an email to customerserviceatdermexclusive.com. I had been told my wait time would be 16 minutes.
