I called Derm Exclusive numerous times trying to reach customer service. I called the number they gaveme 18664826401,, but I still was not able to contact anyone. Finally the last time I called and chose theorder line and learned the hours of operation. I was calling at 8:00 pm Eastern time. I was told that customerservice closes at 9:00 pm. After that call, I called customer service again and the automated voice told me to send an email to customerserviceatdermexclusive.com. I had been told my wait time would be 16 minutes.
They have shipped me some pills I did not order and there is no bill with price or anything in the box just a bottle of pills. how stupid is this? what am i suppose to do i did not order and wasn't even told anything about them and came in a seperate box after i had already shipped the other products back.
I made a purchase after a promotion on TV. I regret not going on line and getting the reviews before my purchase. They were bad. I called my credit card company and cancelled the order. If for some reason that doesn't work I will return my purchase unopened.

I was not happy with my order and requested a refund. I received a reference number to use for the return and I mailed all the containers in the original box to the Canandian site in Ontario to address I was given. On 23rd of January the post office confirmed my package was delivered with confirmation number.
I ordered the Derm Exclusive Introductory set. I have been using it for seven days and I like the products very much. HOWEVER, this morning when I opened the second tube of Fill and Freeze. I called 1-16-2015 after I received a second shipment of product. I told your representative I did not want another shipment until 7-17-2015. It was confirmed.
I received my product and the fill and freeze was not even half full. The product does not work and it broke my face out. I want to cancel my account,, but I can not get anyone from customer service to answer there phone. I am hoping this will work. You do not make it easy to cancel your product. Again cancel my account I do not want this shipped to be or charged to my account again. Thank you Darlene Brown.
