Hello, We bought two Cordless Easy Sweepers. I did unpack one of them, charge the battery as required, (per manual )try to sweep the floor - battery last only 30 seconds. After charging the battery second time and third time, exactly the same story - battery last 25 - 30 seconds. Looks like this product is faulty - can not be use. The second sweeper is still in the box, how it comes - unpacked. Could I have refund please, this product seems to be faulty. Kind Regards Barbara Michalak .
On March 20, 2015 -Please be advised that I have endeavored to make contact with your company - via the customer support phone number - received message that the number is not connected and via your email help address, but this has been rejected thrice. Suffice to say, as a regular customer, I am not very impressed. My requested was regarding Voucher.

I booked a holiday offer through Cudo in November 2014 and I am yet to receive my voucher. I have sent them a number of emails with no response and all phone number I can find on the Internet are disconnected. This was done as a result of their advertising on the today show and now I will be writing to channel nine for allowing misleading advertisement on their show.
