Dear Sirs:My complaint is as follows. Why did it take me well over a half hour to finally come up with creditkartma' s phone number and address. Some may call that pertinent information. To me, as well as others I spoke to ;it appears very sketchy and shady. I'd also like to remind creditkarma that, while English is only proper in contact you. This Nation of ours is based on Immigrants. It sounds snotty and condescending. I did send an e mail to you, however; I'm not so sure my initial contact with you passed your requirements. I have a credit freeze on my account. What is the proper way to temporarily lift the freeze. Thank You, Victor Devagno Jr.
