Forced to leave a message , still has no human. Unbelievable way to conduct business. Do not recommend this Common App service. If you get an error code when submitting credit card still gets charged and your college app doesn't go through.

I submitted my application to temple university, but there's no green check, and temple says they did not receive my application, but on my mothers credit card, she is charged the application fee. I am trying to re-submit my application, but it won't let me because the deadline was November first for early action. Although, temple has changed the date for early action to November 15th. Can this be fixed as soon as possible because November 15th is right around the corner and I want to apply early action. I hope that because of the common application's difficulties I will not be penalized.

I cannot submit my recommendation form for Andrea Del Cid. The form is completed. Everything is green-checked. When I press the submit button I am told to "be patient." Sixty minutes later I am logged out automatically with the recommendation form still not submitted. The deadline for Stanford's submission is today, November four (already moved from November 1). Any assistance would be most sincerely appreciated.

There is not a green check next to the Family Section of the application. I know that I did complete it. However, when I go in to see what is missing, I get an error message that says that an error was detected and to contact technical support. I did not hear back from technical support. Has anyone had this problem, and if so, how did you resolve it? Also, does technical support email their response to my email, or do they post it somewhere on the Common App site? I can not submit my application without fixing the problem.

We are trying to apply to st. Bonaventure university and submitted the first preview and submit commonapp. Preview and submission writing supplement is showing blank. We are not sure whether its sending the supplement essay pdf or not. Please advise as soon as possible as the deadline is November st.

I asked to change my password and I received a link to my email to do so. However, when I try to reset my password it refuses to take it and says "try back sometime later". This has been going on for over 24 hours. We NEED to finish up the Early Acceptance applications.

This system is terrible. We used it two years ago and did not have any of these problems. We have invited two teachers to send letters, but the system is not allowing them to type in their letters - it is telling them that she has not completed the common app. Two years ago we did waited until we had everything completed (including letters) and then submitted the whole thing. I keep getting a message that I've entered an incorrect password or username. I used the "forgot my password" and tried to reset it. Now I have a message that says contact technical support, but no number on how to do that.

I assigned recommenders and two of them already have written my recommendation and submitted it, however I cannot view the assignment recommendation page, it says I need to the education part to assign any recommenders which I already did.

I submited the commom application and the money paid, but the signature page did not show up. I did twice and charged application see twice, but still cannot get the signature page.

This is not a complaint, I have a question. A teacher I have listed for a recommendation has received notice that he is on my list for recommenders. When prompted to create a password, he was sent to a new page to write his password a second time. He knows he typed it correctly and is unable to access the next page. He tried to open the email he was sent from the Common App, but it was an error. What should I do, so I can still get the recommendation?

The common application is not giving me the option to assign my recommender, it only is giving my the statement that they have been invited. There is no button that lets me actually assign them to each of my schools I am applying to. I do not know how to go about assigning them without this button present.

I have been trying to download the school report form as well as the mid-year report because my school does not send transcripts electronically. I also keep getting the message that the website is under maintenance, but I have at least five students who are waiting for me to complete their paperwork. It won't allow me to say that I went to another high school my senior year. The latest year that the School two to date allows is 2013, but I will be attending until June of 2014. How should I go about submitting the correct date when the drop down menu won't allow it?

I created a common application account and have filled most of it. However, as I not move towards college supplements, I realized that I might have registered as a transfer student instead of freshman. Could you please suggest me how can I change my account from transfer student to freshman.

i submitted my payment and went to the signature page and it would not allow me to sign it and it continued to not let me sign it, and kept going back to the payment page. I received an email that said my payment was accepted. What do I do now?

Despite the fact that I paid the application fee of $80 to the University of Southern California through the Common App, the status of my online Common App account has not been updated. I was sent a mail by Common App on Monday, September 9, 2013 to wait for two days for my transaction to be posted to my online Common App account, however, my online account still states that I have not yet paid because the green check mark has not displayed and hence, my application and writing supplement have not been received. I am a School Counselor trying to help one of my students resolve her log-in issue (she has reset her password and it is not working). The 703-378-9788 automated system indicates that we should go back to the site and choose "contact us," which we can not find at all. It should be much easier to find on the website.

I have four students waiting on me to complete their common app. I tried to log on, had to change my password, but it didn't work until I logged off and came back in. Now the student names are showing, but when I click on a student's name I do not get the report to complete online.

When i was in the common app website it says " We're sorry. It seems you've encountered a part of our system that is under maintenance. We're busy adding system enhancements, and ask that you please try this action later." The problem with this statement is it has popped up for awhile whenever i enter the website. When will everything be in order? How long? I have an application i need to fill out in common app and i would like a solution to this problem as soon as possible. There are many students who wants this fixed.
