I sent my portable dvd player to be repaired or a new one sent back. This was in April. I sent this ups and it was received April 18, 2012 by Coby. I have called several times (when you could still get through to someone) and was told yes they see that it was received but.....they could not find it. Now this is poor service. I just want my dvd player replaced as I was told would happen if I sent $10 for return postage. I did this and typed a letter with all my contact info. What a scam Coby is!

I purchased a kyros mid 1042 in February. I sent it back in May because there was something internally wrong with it. I sent $15 to either have my tablet repaired or another sent to me. It is now August and I still have not received the tablet back. I called customer service back in July and was told the tablet would be sent out on the 8th of July. When I didn't receive it, I called and was told the warehouse had closed down and no further info was available. WHAT IS GOING ON? Consumers have returned their items and cant get them back or get any answers. On top of that they have the $15 you sent them. There must be something we can do abt this? We all need to get together and file a class action suit against COBYUSA.

I sent my coby tablet in 16 weeks ago at first they gave me the run around now i have tried to call no answer so what I am i out 200 plus that i spent for it i think coby is a piss poor company and need to pay up

Returned tablet June 24th. Several calls and emails. No response from Coby. They charge to return and never returned the tablet. These people are rips offs!

I purchased a Multi-Touch Tablet in December 2012. The tablet stopped working after 6months(4/13). I was advised to return the tablet(which I did). Now it's August and I still haven't received the replacement. Today, I tried to contact the customer service center. Unfortunately, I was not successful. I tried several numbers listed in the official website and NONE of them works. I tried the headquarters in NYC. No one answers. I will give the company until the end of this month to resolve the matter; I will file a complaint with the BBB and the Office of the Attorney General in my state.

i am ping. i sent my coby tablet back to savannah ga. coby co.with #45 money order following coby custome service agent instruction on may 7th ( i bought in March ) after eight weeks, i made a lot of phone calls, they let me wait and wait, but untill now i still did not get my tablet back, i called again, to my surprise, now even no body answer the call also coby website no reply looking like coby shut down already. how can i fix my problem.

last November,2012 I bought a brand new 19' tv/dvd combo from Qvc, then had problems with it powering on in January. I contacted Coby and was told what I should do. I packaged the TV and shipped it to Atlanta. It is almost six months and no one has communicated with me via phone or email to let me know about my item. I had to be the one calling to find out, yet they ask for my email or phone number when I call and say someone will get back to me. I am trying to be patient about this. I will give Coby another week then I will contact my uncle who works with the Mary Comptroller. Have a good day.
