I switch to your company and now before one month was up it is telling me that I have no service it won't even let me call customer service this needs attention please.
I have been dropping calls and experienced frequent loss of signal. So I went to the Washington st store and was informed on October 21 2013 that my name has been placed on the list. On September 20 2013 I received an email about the new 4G network and that I will need a new device which will be provided by Clear talk. I went to the store at this time and was informed that they have no ideal of this. Around the 7th of October I started experiencing the problems stated above. I called customer service and was advised that this is not their call and to go to the local store.
I do not understand why I should have to pay 120 dollars when my sais no service it is something with your company not me damaging the phone and not even one person can tell me what is wrong with the phone tell me why i should have to pay for it also let the people woking for you to loose the attitude and turn off the rap music the next time there is someone in the store
not got a single call from anyone so we call them now they are saying there is nothing we can do her at this store so just come pick up the phone you will have to take it to the store at Martin Rd so my husband calls them and they say there is nothung we can do the only thing you can do is send the phone to Alcatel and see what they do
Here is myproblem I have the Alcatel phone i bought the phone in Febuary every since Satueday my phone sais no servive it will not send or receive call or text message nor will it get on line i pay for unlimited everything i called the costumer service rep and they tried doing an update that did not work she said i will need to take it in i took my phone to clear talk on Western Jesse the person workin looked at phone handed it back and said sorry I do not know what is wrong with it you will just have to get insurance and buy a new phone can be reach at 806 400 4576
