No purchases have been made for several months now. I am deeply disappointed with you and suggesting that you review your erroneous billing system. Please consider this as an advisory that i am terminating that particular card. Moreover, this is to reiterate that i am not taking responsibility for the charges that you keep on billing me. This morning I received a mail from your office containing CITIBANK REWARDS VISA PIN with the issued date of Sept 30, 2016. But I I want to inform you that I haven't receive any credit card yet. I also got confirmation in my email few days ago from CitiBank that I'm already enrolled in CItiBank Electronic Statement facility. Could you explain this to me? Is there a possibility that the credit card you sent was just being delayed? Or somebody else enrolled me?.

Why is it that Citibank Philippines does not have a specific site/address wherein customers can request for credit card cancellation? I find it hard to get an address where i can send my concern. I have tried so may links, but cannot find any. The email portion of the one I chanced upon did not specify the email ad, just the word "email us". The SMS cfannot be sent to number 72484 and the toll-free number 1-800-10-995-9999 cannot be accessed, it simply said the number does not exist. Why is it that applying for a credit card is quite easy, but the cancellation poses a problem?.

Good day I would like to request an updated copy of my husband's Billing Statement, reflecting the payments he made since last year. Citibank is constantly harassing him with phone calls and lawyer's notice despite furnishing them with e-copy of payments. The ONLY billing statement he received was the one demanding for an outright payment of a lumpsum of P15, 000. 00 plus. I am Dawn Julius AM. Maguddatu, i had a citibank credit card before way back 2000-2001 when i was still a call center agent at Clientlogic Phils at Baguio city. I It had shortcomings that time, so i was not able to settle my account. I received letters from your good company after some years, so i settled my debt at your good company in the year 2008-2009 here at Dagupan city where you still have branch. Yesterday, i was trying to open a checking account with Metrobank and there was a note stating that i had not settled yet. My balance with your good company. The bank asked me for any certification to prove my settlement and advised me to contact your good company to provide me the certification and remove name from being blacklisted.
