I It had shortcomings that time, so i was not able to settle my account. I received letters from your good company after some years, so i settled my debt at your good company in the year 2008-2009 here at Dagupan city where you still have branch. Yesterday, i was trying to open a checking account with Metrobank and there was a note stating that i had not settled yet. My balance with your good company. The bank asked me for any certification to prove my settlement and advised me to contact your good company to provide me the certification and remove name from being blacklisted.
