I am Dawn Julius AM. Maguddatu, i had a citibank credit card before way back 2000-2001 when i was still a call center agent at Clientlogic Phils at Baguio city. I It had shortcomings that time, so i was not able to settle my account. I received letters from your good company after some years, so i settled my debt at your good company in the year 2008-2009 here at Dagupan city where you still have branch. Yesterday, i was trying to open a checking account with Metrobank and there was a note stating that i had not settled yet. My balance with your good company. The bank asked me for any certification to prove my settlement and advised me to contact your good company to provide me the certification and remove name from being blacklisted. Hoping that this issue will be resolve. Thank you more power and god bless.

i just received today September 30, 2013 a text from citibank telling that my cashback card will be sent within five days..but I am sori to say that I am just only applying citibank classic card numbert cash back card.. can you replace it to classic instead of cash back card? please make an action regarding this... thanks

octagon computer store in festival mall muntinlupa city, did not honor my citibank credit card, the cashier told me that denied card Number, but when i used it in robinson it was working without any problem.
this stores seems doing something not normal for the citibank credit card holder, please investigate. Thank you

I am a holder of citibank classic visa # 4539 7190 0066 8738 valid until March 2015 in the Philippines. I am now an expat at Jakarta Indonesia. I noticed that Citibank Jakarta is very active in the retail biz. Some high valued items are offered for installments on 0% interest. My current credit card cannot avail such installments. I was wondering if the citibank has a special card that can transact installment services in any part of the asian countries.
