Dear sir on Saturday 13/6/2015 I was meant to catch a flight from Qingdao to Guangzhou at 3pm and then a connecting flight to Melbourne at 9pm. The flight from Qingdao was three hours late. We were told to go to the supervisorand its now 1. 30am with no food and guess what, there is nothing at the hotel, no bar no kiosk not even a bottle of water in the room. I went to reception and found they had water and noodles for sale, so we survived. In the morning we got a ride back to the airport because by now I need my medicine.
I have Booked Ticket through Make my trip for my international flight from china to India round trip, only to discover the one alphabet of passenger name mentioned wrong ( Surgeet singh instead of Surjeet Singh ) at the time of ticket booking. I doesn't know whether this was my mistake or the Agent. I have check with customer care, the concerned of Airlines have really not been very helpful and professional. I just think it is so unreasonable not to allow people to pay to correction the name on the ticket, especially when it does not involve a change in the person who is flying, but just correcting a spelling mistake. I have paid high value for ticket and according to airline this is not refundable, I just want to ask to airline if i am ready to pay charges why not they are allowing to passenger for traveling. Greetings, This is my first time using China Southern Air for my international travel needs. My return flight is CZ659. As every time I return to US I packed my lighters, regular Zippo Lighters, in my checked bags. In the check-in counter CSA clerk told me my lighters, $100 worth of them, were not acceptable in check bags. The misinformation of CSA staff cost me not only money, but also being upset for most of the trip back home. I need to understand if I can no longer travel with my lighters or if you would educate the staff not to enforce old restrictions that have been lifted for quite sometime.
