Ms. Harap SaysJan 31, 2016

For the 2nd week in a row my Sunday paper wasn't delivered. When I called last week I was assured that I would receive the paper today and it would not be a problem again. I do not want to have to call and complain every Sunday morning. Since he's inconvenienced me 2x I'd like the paper closer to my front door rather than the end of the driveway. 726 Pentwater Rd. Romeoville, IL.

Ms. Sheila Robbins Campbell SaysJan 27, 2016

Before Christmas, we received mailers to return a tip to our carrier. I thought I would be able to catch our carrier in the morning, but here it is mid-January and I have still not catch her in the morning. I called your customer service line to see if I could retrieve the mailing address of my carrier. The "gentleman" I spoke with very abruptly told me, " I can not give out that information. " I asked him if he could transfer me to someone who COULD give me this information, he again said, "I can not give out that information. Thank you" And then hung up on me. 1.) I want to complain about how rude he was for someone who is supposed to be in customer service. 2.) I still need Julieta Olivio's United States postal address so I can mail her a "thank you for your dedicated service". Thank you in advance for your assistance with this situation. Mr. G. Martin SaysDec 28, 2015

I am weary of not getting my paper delivered. I know you delivered to some customers, but I did not get one. I cannot always call before 10am if I am not home at the time. And coming home to no paper is quiet annoying since I pay you on time for the service. If the same delivery person delivers to some customers, he should complete his deliveries to all. We check with each other you know. There seems to be a trade off on who is missed, but not always both. Do you check on the problem really? Or do you just rely on creating the account?.

Mr. Daryl Allen SaysDec 18, 2015

I have made many complaints about receiving my weekend newspaper late. Before this present service took over my delivery, I was getting my papers early between 4:30-5:30, no later than 6:00 am. This new service started around 6:00, then it went to 7:00 am, now it is after 8:00 am. I sometime work on Saturday at 7:00 am and would like to take my paper with me. I already canceled my Friday delivery and it look like the weekend paper will be next. My complaints look like their not being taken serious. It look like my many years at the Sun-Times is coming to an end.

Mr. Larry Walters SaysNov 06, 2015

There have been numerous articles in the press about Naperville's Electric Department and its financial problems. None of the stories have focused on the people who have led the Electric Department to this point Mark Curran and Olga Geynisman. They spent tens of millions on the Smart Meter project and at the same time chose to enter into a decades long power plant deal leading the city into tens of millions of more debt. During that time they also chose to give themselves large pay raises and title upgrades. These people have led the citizens of Naperville into a financial crisis.

Today is my birthday and for years it's maybe a superstition, but I hang my horoscope from the Sun-Times in the cabinet. Well I bought the paper and went and had breakfast and I cut the horoscope out. Georgia Nicols must be getting Alzheimer I went to hang it up and she gives a more in depth view if it's your birthday. To my surprise it said If Sept. 29 is your birthday. Now I have to live a whole year to know what the future holds.

Mr. Keith Crauter SaysMar 10, 2015

I have requested early delivery in every way possible. When I subscribed, talked to delivery person, and contacted Customer Service. My paper is still not delivered until after 9:00. Because I leave for work at 7:45, it defeats the primary advantage and appeal for me of having it delivered. The Tribune guarantees early delivery if requested. I am cancelling my service with Sun-Times and switching to The Trib.
