When I called the toll free number and pressed the prompt for non-billing inquires it said to use the chat or email option to contact them. I already have used both and got no response for the last two hours after not being able to get into my account.

First, I have been extremely unhappy with the Chemistry site. It seems there is no screening and the "game" concept is very superficial and contrived. I called the customer service line several times to request a refund and cancel my subscription. The automated service states I can do this by phone, but then declines ability to complete process. This email is to confirm I no longer want to subscribe to Chemistry and I want a refund due to your service being highly unsatisfactory. I am requesting an email confirmation stating this matter has been taken care of by Chemistry.
Poor customer services, fraud occurring no one seems to care I would not recommend Chemisty.com nor Match.com.
