I upgraded on 15 April 2015 and received a blackberry z3 that is not working, I cant make or receive any calls. After eight calls to cell c I still have the the same handset, they promise that they will call me back and and make arrangements to collect the handset. Today is the 19 May 2015 more than a month later I spoke to a lady this morning at half past 12 and she promised that she will call me back at one, I am still waiting. I am just glad that all the calls get recorded. Can someone please call me back so that I can return the broken handset and get a new one.
Good day, This is 11 March 2015. I made arrangements with Cell C during the course of last week, changing my payment date from 31 of month to 15 of month. I did this early enough to ensure that my accounts are not blocked. Only to find out today, that three of four contracts have been blocked early morning 11 March 2015. Why then call customer services, if no action is taken. Waste of my time. Hi, I cannot get through to Cell C's Technical Support Centre as I need to get in touch with them in order for my router to connect to the internet. Ie. If I connect via wifi (using either Ipad, laptop or mobile) the router shows me a cross (X) and it does not want to connect to Cell C. Cell C has been charging me, although this problem has been continuing for the past month and a half.

Consultant of cellc phone me with offer blackberry 93 20. And nokia asha for R129 pm when RAM deliverd the box. I only received one phone. I phone cellc ten min later and the customer service told me the deal was only for one phone so I canceled the contract te same day I received the phone. Now the keep on sending me statements that I have to pay R1567. Cancellation fee. Why ? Its their mistake not mine on my itc it show R1567 overdue it is having negative impact on my itc

I bought LG CELLPHONE MODEL E405 at Cell C Lochlogan shop L105 &107 Lochlogan Bloemfontein in the Free State. The phone could not work and I returned it immediately to the shop. They told me that they could not give my money back because they are to fill some kind of form, send it to Johannesburg for authorization of refund. it is almost two weeks I have not gotten my money back. What is happening? Is this the way cell C wants to portray itself to the customers? What kind if service is this? I have logged a complaint and have spoken to three or more call centre agents, asking them why is the bad internet connection persisting its been over a month and the problem is still on going, no one have answers yet they point to their Technitians, but no resolution has come of this, I am on a contract with them and I am paying every month on time for a service I am not getting, how is this good for me and even worse what bad repution is Cell C building, I am tired of this network and their lack of customer service I would really like to get out of this contract binding me to them, but I do not know how.
I live in Centurion (Pretoria) and have been a Cell C client for more than three years - I have two data contracts with Cell C. Since beginning of 2013 I have to been able to connect on internet using my i-pad and the moderm. The two contracts I have with Cell C are now useless for me, but I get charged every month for them. I have been using my vodacom simcard for 13 years and suddenly I am not able to make or receive any calls or messages on my phone. So I called vodacom to see what was the problem. Then they told me that cell c was porting my number. Where they got permission I do not have a clue. I am very frustrated thinking that something so personal can be changed without my authority. I am lost without my phone and this is clearly an unnecessary incident that should not have happened in the first place. I want a full investigation to be conducted on how this happened. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.
I experience difficulties getting through to your consultants. I had R68.00 on my account and my the only thing I am using in the morning is text messages . I didn't make any calls yet and SMS 11 msgs and got left R33.85. How much does cell c charge per SMS and the only time i spoke to a cell c consultant if they called for new contracts. I still have problem with Cell C 3G and cell phone services in the Rooihuiskraal area (Centurion). I was promised feedback via e-mail and phone call, but I have received nothing, but the services are deteriorating further. There are times that there is no signal at all. At the same time I cannot access internet, friends next door are downloading six and seven MByte files on MTN and Vodacom. I cannot contact them on cell or they me.
