I upgraded on 15 April 2015 and received a blackberry z3 that is not working, I cant make or receive any calls. After eight calls to cell c I still have the the same handset, they promise that they will call me back and and make arrangements to collect the handset. Today is the 19 May 2015 more than a month later I spoke to a lady this morning at half past 12 and she promised that she will call me back at one, I am still waiting. I am just glad that all the calls get recorded. Can someone please call me back so that I can return the broken handset and get a new one.
Good day, This is 11 March 2015. I made arrangements with Cell C during the course of last week, changing my payment date from 31 of month to 15 of month. I did this early enough to ensure that my accounts are not blocked. Only to find out today, that three of four contracts have been blocked early morning 11 March 2015. Why then call customer services, if no action is taken. Waste of my time. I need a call from management level in regards to above matters. And I need these cell numbers unblocked. Hi, I cannot get through to Cell C's Technical Support Centre as I need to get in touch with them in order for my router to connect to the internet. Ie. If I connect via wifi (using either Ipad, laptop or mobile) the router shows me a cross (X) and it does not want to connect to Cell C. Cell C has been charging me, although this problem has been continuing for the past month and a half.
