hi, may i know what is going on with my line 019413375?
on 20th July I applied for "temporary disconnect"while waiting for processing of my complaint.
on Monday 22nd July, i was informed by account manager fr Seberang Jaya branch that the line was terminated!i sent another feedback form discussing abt d conversation with tat manager, i received an email fr customer service department giving me a new reference ID.
today i tried to ask CCS on facebook about d processing, and i was told that the line was terminated.
i called one 300 111 000, said is temporary disconnect??
so how actually? so confusing

just want to complaint : dealer that sold instanet to me with very high prices !I do not know the exact price "so I bought it with RM 140(some more no modem included )!then ,I search online ,it's only RM 12.50 without modem !then I went home and try ,it's not in good condition ,after I've reloaded RM 15.00 still can not use ,then I went to celcom nearby ,they checked for me ,they said it's really can not use !then ,I went back to thay dealer who sold me this instanet and asked them eithet return money RM 140.00 to me and they said they can only returned RM 110!I am so dissapointed !

Hi, my name is Siti Nora and I had been your customer for quite sometime. Recently, your service provider had been 'stalking' me which in terms of getting SMS notification of my loyalty bonus in about tens times a day. I was awakened at three a.m, then 4a.m just to receive that SMS. During day time more than three about the same SMS. It has disturbed my privacy one way or the other and I hope your management can do something about it. As you may know lots of people keep their hp next to them during bedtime in case of emergency. My number is 014 692 0788 Celcom 148 Users, i had reported my internet issue to CELCOM many times. and the problem is not solved, and when i wanted to switch to other Telco companies. Celcom demand me to pay them sum of money because of the contract package.

Celcom didn't deliver what has been promised to me, and want me to commit to their two year agreement plan.

Everyday i called 1111 to follow up my report, all i get is my case is in investigation. it will take four days to check, now two weeks already passed. How long do i have to wait?

i hope i can get a good answer from you Celcom company.

I am a celcom prepaid user. My number is 0134571599. Recently one received several SMS from 33115 with the title no subject. Although I deleted the SMS without read, RM1 will be automatically deducted. Why these culprit can easily get away and Celcom cannot do anything about it. Are you going to tell us that they are way too advance than Celcom. This is not my 1st experience. Before this also I have had the same experience and that is why Iam questioning your integrity.
