I am a celcom prepaid user. My number is 0134571599. Recently one received several SMS from 33115 with the title no subject. Although I deleted the SMS without read, RM1 will be automatically deducted. Why these culprit can easily get away and Celcom cannot do anything about it. Are you going to tell us that they are way too advance than Celcom. This is not my 1st experience. Before this also I have had the same experience and that is why Iam questioning your integrity.
My number is 014 692 0788 Celcom 148 Users, i had reported my internet issue to CELCOM many times. and the problem is not solved, and when i wanted to switch to other Telco companies. Celcom demand me to pay them sum of money because of the contract package.
Celcom didn't deliver what has been promised to me, and want me to commit to their two year agreement plan.

Why do I make missed calls to my family member and my prepaid credit became lower? I made missed calls, they did't pick up my calls yet. Yet my credit became lower. What is all this? Are you guys at Celcom ripping us of our money? I do not believe this.
