Good dayI would like to follow-up for the cancellation of my 1st book plane ticket with booking reference number KYVC5G with Moling Racman as passenger from GES-MNL on Dec. 2, 2015 and return flight on Dec. 6, 2015 because of its duplication and for not receiving one time password under my Metrobank credit card account. Since the response of the operator yesterday that I may call today to confirm if it has been cancelled. But then, I do not have enough load to make a call I decided to try it here. I have not received an email from cebu pacific for flights which i booked moments ago. I need to print the official receipt of the flights i booked. Is there any other way i can retreive the booking info. Without the confirmation number i failed to check the confirmation number because i was expecting it to be in my email, but because of this delay, I have not received anything yet. The names of the passengers are bongkok gicabao, And carlos lee. Both of them are booked for tacloban on and they also have return flights on. I already finished the payment via bpi credit card.

I have an existing group booking with ref. number TD2E6N, four passengers including myself with route mnl-bnkk-mnl.

I am working here in Thailand and I need to reimburse part of it; i.e, my fare (1 person). I do not understand why our accounting department would not accept my confirmed ticket (via on-line booking)as a proof of payment. In this regard, I would like to request for an official receipt of my transaction. I would be needing it until this friday 11 October 2013.

gud eve poh..im sharon carnaso,nag pa book po ako knina ng flight from cebu to iloilo..My flight will be on September 30 and i will return in cebu on October 2,2013,yung una kong pina book ay through cash payment and they email me to pay it within 24 hours kaso i decided to pay it through credit card of my friend kanina and i booked again...kaya nag ka double booking po ako...can you disregard my first book which is through cash ksi i never paid it pa naman?..and i want to choose the second book on the same flight which i paid through credit card..?reply as soon as possible pls...
