My boyfriend and I lived in Acton. It took us 1-1/2 hour to get to The Brick store at The Brick at 137 Chrislea Road, Vaughan, Ontario. We went there to redeem our credit warranty for our washer and dryer on July 18, Saturday. Alicia, the store customer service won't honor our warranty card for being three days late. It's not even a week. I asked for a store manager, she won't even assist us to speak to a store manager. Instead she gave us a number to call which is 1-800-360-2742. The impression we are getting that it seems that she doesn't want to be bother at all. It makes us wonder, they honor the warranty of our fridge, but not the washer and dryer. We just bought sofa three piece in January 2015 the quality of foam in the seat is really bad quality its creating even back pain the technician came to our home he told us the seat are not good should be changed or the sofa the display sofa seats were totally good quality, but they ship the poor quality i ll never buy anything in future they told now use it for few months then complain.
Brick is very bad. We ordered the sectional sofa set two months before and the wedge never came. We followed up many times, but every time we call we are held up for one hour or more, but till now no result at all. Not sure when the wedge will come. The worst ever Brick we have seen.
We purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on may 25, 2010 from the brick superstore in mississauga. Our purchase included the five year extended warranty, please reference sales order 05250h30576001. On or about September 12, 2014 (within the extended warranty period) we noticed that the refrigerator was no longer cooling, but the freezer was still o. K.
We reported the failure to tgs appliance service as instructed in the extended warranty documents on saturday, September 13, 2014. There was no service representative available until wednesday, September 17th. Long before the service rep arrived we had discarded over $200 of meat and fresh produce which had spoiled.
It is now almost a week later and we have not heard anything from the service company about when they will return to remedy the problem.
Within the next 24 hours, i am expecting the brick to either repair the refrigerator to our full satisfaction or deliver and install a new replacement refrigerator to our home.
