Just had my hot water heater replaced last year under the warranty. And now I'm having an issue with it that I had to shut it off. Great now no hot water I was told that being its not under warranty even though its less than a year old if parts are bad on it and need to be replaced. I would have to replace them at my cost Being a single mother and what it cost me already to have a plumber come and exchange and put it back in was costly as it is. If the heater is defective. Even though its past the warranty the fact remains the hot water heater is not even a year old. That's just not right If your product is defective I do not see why I should have to pay for replacement parts. What kind of company does that. Its not logical that you do not stand behind your product. I wouldn't mind if it was an old heater, but less then a year really?
