I bought and received the Thoms Kinkade "Holidays In Motion" rotating tree topper in late October of this year. I Mounted it on the tree and turned it on and it worked beautifully. I then turned it off and did not turn it on again until yesterday for a party. It turned off after three hours as the directions said it would. However, when I turned it back on the star will not shine and the tree topper will not rotate. Noone hit or abused it in any way. It just doesn't seem to get any electricity when plugged in to the adapter. Before I send this back, for when it worked it was quite nice, I was hoping someone might help me fix it, for I am out of ideas. I had hoped to use it Sunday, the 7th, for another party. I do not have a complaint, but I have a large collection of collector plates that I inherited from my mother. I would like to find the worth of them and possibly find a market to sell them. 1-866-285-1736 listed on there contact us page, states that this is for customer service, but that phone # is for ORDERS ONLY no other help. It seems like that once The Bradford Exchange get your money for a product that is now back ordered. As stated in their reply May 1st that it could take up to another four or six weeks for that product to become available from that manufacturer.
