You have been sending me notices that my payment of 48.94 is long over due. You will be turning this account over to a collection agency as DELINQUENT. Truly this is a mistake because I called your company and made a credit card payment of $48.94 on May 21, 2013. These account statements that you are sending me have my first and last names totally misspelled. This is the second time that I have made an attempt to contact Bottom Line about this matter. I hope you can solve this inaccurate information as soon as possible.
