About Borgata
Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa is a hotel in the Atlantic City of the US State of New Jersey. The luxury hotel was opened on July 2, 2003. It comprises of about 2,800 rooms, which makes it the largest hotel in New Jersey. The Borgata also consists of a Main Tower with the height of 400 feet. The various facilities available at the Borgata include a spa center, nightclubs, a water club, retail stores, a 1000 seat theater, gaming and entertainment places. The Borgata Event Center, with 2,400 seats capacity is a perfect venue for hosting the concerts and events. Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa is owned by Marina District Development. The hotel has been renovated three times in 2005, 2007 and 2011. The total gaming area in the hotel is about 161,000 square feet. I have been coming to the Borgata for a while now along with my brother sometimes separate rooms sometimes same room depending on rate We do come down every say 2 months and stay for 2-3 days We are actually coming down next weekend for 3 days then again in December for 4 days. My complaint is for him because he never gets a comp room, he does play slots,he plays cards in the card room every day for hours as well as the horse parlor. He spends a lot of money there as well as eating in all your restaurants.Im complaining because I have friends that are coming in December as well and do not come down that often even one for a year and a half and they get comp rooms, for at least part of their stay I do receive some comps because I reserve everything in my name Is there any way he can be compensated for his patronage now and then just because of so many people getting consideration?Please advise I am Barbara Crawford (bc52844@aol.com) his name is Charles Gucciardo.
