I have found this site on the internet and would like to complain on how bad returns Australia boohoo gone from bad to worse.I have been ordering for more than three years now i am sending more back than ever lately not sure why sizing is changed.I send back three dress's total $110. 00 and boohoo Australian has only refunded $56 dollars can you please help.I have sent a lot of emails with half a reply they even suspending my account as a result.

I placed a order through pay pal on the 13th of December 2014 which got lost I reordered it, but it didn't go through I was offered a refund on the 24th December which I excepted as of today no money has went into my account I contacted yourself you gave me a Id number which doesn't match the one received when the order was placed I contacted pay pal who have confirmed that no payment has been made into my account please loom I to this as I am really annoyed.

On the website, it says that it should take 1-2 days after dispatch, I received email of my dispatch confirmation early this morning. However, when i track my order it says its due next monday. Is that a computer glitch or would it still be possible to receive it this friday? concerned customer.

I am a Good Buyer From This Web site so I would expect the price to be droped from my visa card thank you. my four items came to a total of 37 euro and I also paid for 12 euro leggings I never Bought.
