I am not happy at all with the services from boohoo. I ordered next day delivery and it did not come, after I had been sitting in all day waiting taken a day of work to receive my items and it did not arrive. They said the courier left a calling card because no one was in which is a total lie because I had been in all day waiting and even emailed them three times to see why it hadn't arrive yet because it was getting late. So in the future I will NOT be ordering from boohoo again and I will want a full refund.
I did return my parcel back 14 days and still have not revived my £37 pounds into my account yet getting bit worried

I made the mistake of ordering from this company online before reading sites like this and doing any research.
When I tracked my parcel it said it had been delivered. Emailed their customer services only to be told next day that they had left it by "kitchen Sink" they certainly did not come into my house and the courier can not say which house.
No phone number to call, looks like I just have to wave goodbye to my £40.

I brought a dress from this website when it arrived I realised the sizing came up small so I emailed you TWICE asking if I could send this one back for another size I got no email back! So I decided to buy the dress again in a bigger size as need it for saturday night and then send back the other one for a refund! This is the problem I have I paid another 5.99 for next day delivery and now it's saying it won't get to me until Monday! I am fuming about this I didn't pay 5.99 to have a dress delivered four days later! I think your communication is terrible. Beware buyers!
I ordered a few items from boohoo well over a month ago, which I received, however, one of the items was faulty, with very poor quality stitching and not hemmed properly, resulting in material coming loose. Due to this I returned the item and have not received either a refund or a new item of better quality.
I have not heard anything back from the two emails I have sent, as well as this you are impossible to contact through phone also.
i have not received items that i had bought on the internet on the 16th July 2013. items was processed on the 21st July and sent out for delivery. i have not received from your company a satisfactory service. the goods have been returned to sender as they were never delivered to me. i am requesting a full refund and the delivery cost fees to be credited back to my bank. Hi my name is Isata tontoe I purchase few items from boohoo and tgey arrived in Australia, but wasn't home to receive the items. Now the items were sent back to boohoo. The customer service person I spoke to from boohoo ask me if I wanted the items re delivered I agree and is now over a month and I have not received my items. I try contacting boohoo through email and no one have reply to my email. I am really disappointed.
