Unable to access account for over two weeks! The phone number does NOT WORK! Please post an estimated time of return of site. This is outrageous,I cannot add books and I am not sure I have any left on my list. I cannot even stop my enrollment in BOMC2, I have had it with this service!

Have tried for numerous days to get some sort of any answer to email and the phone number is not working properly because I stayed on hold several times for over 30 minutes. When will the website be back on line. Your service is just getting worse when you do updates.
I cannot get into my reading list, and I see you have not charged my account according to my bank statement for August. Usually you charge it on the 21st. BOMC2 has gone downhill in the last six months. How long does it take to fix your problems. I was charged and received no book. I think this is the second time it has happened. can not tell for sure with out being able to look at my order history. I think there is more going on with BOMC2 then they are letting on. Books-a-million has a clearance section that sells books at around $7.00. They will be getting my business.
My e-mail from bomc2 says i have no books on my reading list. That is not true! i have four or 5. Please put them back on.

I cancelled my account a year ago because of numerous problems. All of a sudden, i receive a book in the mail and see that the fee was removed from my checking account after my credit card info was supposed to be deleted after i cancelled my account. I cannot get through on the customer service number on the bill. Terminal hold, an hour at a time!.
I tried to call the number, but it seemed to be busy. I didn't even get a ring tone. I am tired of communicating through email, as it solves absolutely nothing.
I have been a member of BOMC2 for years. About a year ago I sent an email asking to cancel because I had an overload of books. However, it was never canceled and I kept on receiving books and paying the $9. 95 each month. The last book I received was last month "The Edge of Eternity" by Ken Follett. My credit card company notified me of a strange charge recently and it was BOMC2 and the credit card I was using had expired. I had a new valid credit card, but every time I would go on BOMC2's site it was closed. I tried to get on today and it said my password was invalid. I had written it down so I know it was right. I haven't gotten an email to correct my password.
