I bought a better home sheet set thinking it was good quality due to their name has been around forever. It is comfortable but when i washed it for the first time, it has like a huge little smaller than basketball size rough spot. The material is rough and hard. I am very disappointed in this product. Would you be able to exchange it? I definitely do not want a spot that is rough next to my skin. Thank you,

I purchased outdoor furniture from your company and it is dry rot again. I just want to purchase the replacement slip covers. I love the set but the material for the slip covers keeps dry rotting. If i can reach you, this will be the second time i have to replace the slip covers please contact me as soon as possible.

Called about a app bhg.com/gift bird. Could not bring it up. Called customer service. Said he could not bring it up either. Told me to call 512-284-2190. Called number and was told this number could not be dialed from this phone.

I was sent a cookbook with out request, so i did not open it and wrote on it return to sender. I purchased a patio umbrella with LED lights. The first one had a damaged wiring connection to the solar panel. I took it back . Now this one has a strip of three LED lights not working - two are dim and the 3rd is out. Do you have a troubleshooting solution?
