Why can not all Elite card holders get them same treatment as far as coupons for charity day sale. NOT FAIR AT ALL.

One would Think have being an elite card holder you would receive an extra 20 percent coupon on charity day sale. I did not and I spend over five k with Belk. I feel appreciated. Was told only certain people receive that. Being a big spender at Belk that really made me feel pushed out of space.

I purchased a pair of maroon calvin klein sandals at belks in hattiesburg, Ms. On October, I received my credit card statement and shows an purchase. I have not shopped at your store in over a year bc the same thing happened last time. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I had my credit card pany call them and bc she was a foriegner they did not believe she worked for mc and wouldnt continue the conversation.

Scanned skirt and it registered .01 cents. At checkout was told it would be $10.99. Then went to another checkout and was told that this item would be returned to warehouse. Asked to speak to manager and was told he would sell it to me for $15.00. It is not my fault that the scanner didn't register the correct amount. I was not the only one that an item registered .01 cents. The customer bought the item for .01 cents. Several of the employees gathered to listen to my complaint and were annoyed that I was complaining. What a way to treat a customer! Please make sure that this doesn't happen to another customer.
I am very upset with the attitude of the employees and store manager.
