Dear Sir/MadamI have purchased your Hip Hop ABS workout dvd they just arrive and on the side of the box it saids six DVD, but only three is in the package. There seems to some missing as I am sure when I saw your advertisement on TV there was more included in the pack. Try calling customer care line keep getting some irrelevant message and then it cuts me off. Just wanted to check if I have received the right amount of dvds why are you so hard to get hold of. Can you please email me your telephone number so I can get some help and advice. The packet looks like it was opened and resealed. Thanks.
Dear Sirs, last year I bought from you a workout dvd for my son, I received my bank statement through the post today and have noticed that you have charged £38. 87 on the 12th of June I would like a refund because I have not signed anything to say you could do this and cant afford this. And do not wish to pay for something that I haven't received.
After purchasing Hip Hop Abs DVD by telephone, it seems you have taken monies from my account of £38. 87 on the 12th June 2015 with out my consent, when I ordered the DVD I did not agree to be signed up to your Beech body club, if the monies you have taken from my account is not returned by the 19th June 2015, I will seek legal advice to recover the monies and how to take action against your company for taking monies with out my consent.
After purchasing some of Beachbody's fitness dvds by telephone it seems I have been signed up to the Beachbody Club without my consent and am being charged fees at three monthly intervals. This is totally unauthorized. I am now awaiting the company's response to my request for a refund and if I do not have a satisfactory response I will have to ask the credit card company to investigate the fraud. I would NEVER purchase anything from Beachbody in the future as they obviously have some very dodgy selling practices. I have already sent an email and will call the company tomorrow to see what their response is.
