I'm traveling abroad and the bank replaced my ATM card. Branch representative at ECHO HILLS, apart from being very rude, replied card can only be sent to mailing address. Then she hang up on me because she had other customers. Called the Central offices (after waiting for almost 30 minutes). They said that for $30 they would mail me a new card to my mailing address, but nine days later, I am still waiting. My ATM card is my only source for local cash here. If you pass the thousand security questions, I do not understand why cards cannot be mailed internationally. This is just bad customer service.
