Hi, I purchased your karpengenerator and fuel saver in August or September. at that time my computer crashed and i didn't know. also i think i had the email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org it should have been email@example.com. If you would check for me and resend i would be grateful.
On 29/05/2014 i was billed for a renewal of the next year for which i did not ask for nor placed an order as you said. I did so on 28/05/2014 neither did i give permission to use my credit card information (you used my previous year info to generate a new payment). So please contact me and reverse the payment as i am about to report this incident the order reference number you sent me suggesting i ordered on is (28568607).
We have a bill dated 28.7.2014 from Avangate* iola.com for $249. 95 with number 650-963-570 CA. We do not know what the service is or what it does. Then we got another bill 11/07/2014 for $14. 95 and do not know what that is about. I think this is for help cleaning up my computer and I need more help doing this.

I purchased a 2-year 24/7 tech-on-line support for my laptop and desktop. The phone number Voice requested a number in an email on the desktop computer, which I have at home. After I could not provide the number, I was instructed to send a description of my issue to avangate and they would forward it to the software seller for resolution. This situation is a substantial disappointment, because I will not return to home for six days. And my laptop is very corrupted.
You guys debited my account for two payments of $49. 95 each and I did not order your services. I would like my money back and I do not want anymore charges on my statement. Thank you.
