Called by I Yogi for billing auto renew, they refused to accept No for an answer, finally agreed and were to send confirmation instead they charged my credit card which has been disputed. Will not do any business with them again as they are too hard to deal with.

I received a call from pcservice24x7, informing me that my computer had been hacked by Russians, who would have access to my banking data and could deplete my bank accounts without my knowing it. This company help in the past with keeping my computer up to date,, but recently had not renewed my agreement with them. They moved rather quickly and had access to my computer. Within minutes I was told that my computer would be protected and I should not fear. Eventually the cost for this service amounted to over $2800 US. I have informed by Credit Card company who is assisting me in disputing this transaction. I initially agreed with that company to a $1, 000 fee which would give me life-time computer service, however, I no longer have confidence in this company and I want the entire amount charged on my credit card to be reversed. I have purchased security software from your company, IOBIT.

My computer was hacked screen frozen- with number (1-800-587-9155) directing me to call immediately- this number led me to Computer Fix.com- las Vegas Nevada. The technicians were foreign - i could barely understand them- reported that I had a serious security breach- could fix it for 269. 99. They were dishonest in that they informed me that this could not be resolved at my place of purchase of my computer- which was brand new. I agreed to allow them to fix it. Instead I was infected with a virus and they downloaded worthless software. My computer would not open up the next morning. I took it to the technicians at Best Buy- where they cleaned it of the virus and took off the software. My credit card was charged by your company $269. 99. I wish to be refunded as i do not wish to do business with you or Computer Fix Inc. Because it was a scam.

I purchased a 2-year 24/7 tech-on-line support for my laptop and desktop. The phone number Voice requested a number in an email on the desktop computer, which I have at home. After I could not provide the number, I was instructed to send a description of my issue to avangate and they would forward it to the software seller for resolution. This situation is a substantial disappointment, because I will not return to home for six days. And my laptop is very corrupted.
