Your staff lied to us. They asked me to change my astro to beyond and I agree to it since the previous package is having a connection problem. I mean, we cant watch anything for one week. I've been calling them everyday for this past few days, but they keep on extending the date they should come and fix our problem. Are they intending to make me mad and look stupid? I mean, how many staffs you need just to fix/install this thing? I am a family man. I have my family at home and its a problem to us since we cant watch anything without astro. I am begging you, please solve this.
