I am Tiarra. In 2011 i bought one of your breathing dolls that you now in 2014 no longer have. She was not worth what i paid for. When she would "breath" only one small part would go up making her look like she had some kind of growth moving up and down in her chest. Her hands and feet are way too big. This being my first experience and my first time starting as a reborn collector. I was very disappointed in your work on this doll. I cried, but at that time i was 15 and didn't think you would listen to me. So yes, i waited till i was 18 to tell you my problem with this doll.
And it disappoints me that you guys would sell anybody this quality of work. I will not recommend anyone your products. In fact, i will discourage it.

I have called customer service several times with a total of three hours and 14 minutes hold time. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life I am trying to get a hold of someone about my payments. I have bank statements showing I should be on my last payment of 33. 39, but the statement shows I have only made two payments of 5. The newest coupon shows a due payment of 100. 20. However that is incorrect. It should be 33. 42. This has been going on since Sept. I placed a call and was informed my payment was received and I got a notice for the Sept. Showing 66. 81 was due, it should have been 39. 33. Every monthly notice has been wrong. My account number is 053198290, BettyBragg, 29213 C. R. 118 Elkhart In. 46517. I am mailing another payment of 33. 39, but I need this cleared up. Please remove my name from your mailing address as I will no longer order from your company. My phone number is 574-294-3421. I held on the phone for 48 minutes, and was never connected to anyone. This is unacceptable. Also, I sent an e-mail to customer service and no one has ever responded to it. This was on Friday, 5th of December 2014.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced Everytime I call I am put on hold and nobody EVER picks up Their phone number is not even on their website, I had to Google to find it which tells me they are not very concerned about their product. They do not offer tracking numbers with their expensive dolls. All my granddaughter wants for Christmas is an Ashton Drake doll. Ordered one in November and says it shipped Dec 2nd. We still do not have the doll. Now I have ordered a 2nd doll with $21. 95 exp. Shipping to receive in two days and they posted ship date this morning as 12/29/14.
I can never get anyone from customer service. They sent me the wrong doll and do not seem to care. So upset with this company.
