My dolls is breaking after only two days after i get her not OK?
I check my credit card statement online and discovered there was an unauthorized payment pending on 1-31-15 for $47. 97 I did make a credit card payment, but it was some time payment only. This charge needs to be removed I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and be canceling my account. I will not be doing business with your company again.
I really like the Obama dolls. However, the audio doesn't work on the doll I purchased from you and there wasn't a certificate with my order.

I ordered a doll for my daughter and paid extra to have it shipped by Christmas. It's January 3rd and we still haven't received the doll. It was my daughter's Christmas present. Customer service is a joke. The automated order status service keeps telling me the item was shipped on the 16th. Where is the tracking number??? I'm going to contact my bank to reverse the payment. We will never, never order from this company ever again.
I purchased a doll from Ashton and drake as a Christmas present and once opening it the finger tips and toes as well as the face had black marks on it. I have tried the phone number three times and waited for a very long time with no one ever responding. For the amount of money the products cost you would think there would be some way to return the doll or at least talk to someone.
I ordered the Olivia doll two weeks before Christmas for my daughter thinking that was plenty of time as the Ashton Drake website had their countdown to Get it by Christmas. Was I wrong, still no doll. What really bothers me is that this is supposed to be a Christmas gift for a child. How can you promote a before Christmas delivery when you know good and well that you can not? I know that most of these dolls ordered for this time of year are for children so how sadistic can these people be? I have emailed them several times and sat on hold even more times, but no one ever answers or responds. This company has horrible customer service. An apology can go a long way, but there has to be someone working for this company to say it. Just ignoring your customers is no way to get return business or referrals. I will be sending this item back as soon as it arrives even if I have to drive to their factory and hand deliver it to get my money back. Confirmation
I ordered a lifelike doll named Allie for Christmas and imagine how pissed off and how disappointed my daughter was when the dolls leg came a loose, the cotton came out all on Christmas day. I paid almost 40 extra to have it shipped by Christmas. This is my first time ordering from ashton and drake too say the least I'm not pleased. You ruined my daughters Christmas after she looked forward to this doll I even bragged to my friends and family, posted pictures of the doll on Facebook. I usually deal with paradise galleries which is much cheaper and I guess better quality.
Never received product. After speaking with representative. They couldn't help me with tracking number. No number available.
No help at all. The automated system says the item is not to ship until April 18, 2015. I was told it would be delivered by 12-22-14. I listened to the recording three times, a very poor quality recording. Waited for an operator. I felt like the operator didn't want to deal with the issue so she said her screen was blank and passed me off. Now I'm on hold for a second time. Not impressed This is a Christmas gift and I would have not ordered if it was not going to be delivered withing the same year. Still terminal hold.

As per conversation prior last week, I was told that this doll would be shipped to my house by 23th of December or 24th December, I need to know for sure that this doll is going to be here in time for Christmas. As of now, my credit card has not been charged. It is imperative that I receive this doll as I was told I would. Thank you for your response.
I can never get anyone from customer service. They sent me the wrong doll and do not seem to care. So upset with this company.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced Everytime I call I am put on hold and nobody EVER picks up Their phone number is not even on their website, I had to Google to find it which tells me they are not very concerned about their product. They do not offer tracking numbers with their expensive dolls. All my granddaughter wants for Christmas is an Ashton Drake doll. Ordered one in November and says it shipped Dec 2nd. We still do not have the doll. Now I have ordered a 2nd doll with $21. 95 exp. Shipping to receive in two days and they posted ship date this morning as 12/29/14.
I held on the phone for 48 minutes, and was never connected to anyone. This is unacceptable. Also, I sent an e-mail to customer service and no one has ever responded to it. This was on Friday, 5th of December 2014.
I have called customer service several times with a total of three hours and 14 minutes hold time. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life I am trying to get a hold of someone about my payments. I have bank statements showing I should be on my last payment of 33. 39, but the statement shows I have only made two payments of 5. The newest coupon shows a due payment of 100. 20. However that is incorrect. It should be 33. 42. This has been going on since Sept. I placed a call and was informed my payment was received and I got a notice for the Sept. Showing 66. 81 was due, it should have been 39. 33. Every monthly notice has been wrong. My account number is 053198290, BettyBragg, 29213 C. R. 118 Elkhart In. 46517. I am Tiarra. In 2011 i bought one of your breathing dolls that you now in 2014 no longer have. She was not worth what i paid for. When she would "breath" only one small part would go up making her look like she had some kind of growth moving up and down in her chest. Her hands and feet are way too big. This being my first experience and my first time starting as a reborn collector. I was very disappointed in your work on this doll. I cried, but at that time i was 15 and didn't think you would listen to me. So yes, i waited till i was 18 to tell you my problem with this doll.
And it disappoints me that you guys would sell anybody this quality of work. I will not recommend anyone your products. In fact, i will discourage it.
