I need someone to call me a. S. A. P. There was a $30. 00 charge on my account and I want it refunded immediately, I closed my account a number of months ago and this should not be happening. In fact it happened a few months ago when I closed the account. I want to be refunded and I want ALL of my personal information deleted. You can not make purchases on art fire. I have tried for hours making a payment through a seller and I can put my shipping info in and that's it. I have tried contacting the seller as well. Can someone please email me back or something. The seller is owldesignjewelry. Looking to purchase the butterfly ring they have, but can not confirm the order. Thank you.
5/23-Sat. (8:46a. M. MST)--Tried calling AF customer service- message. Was that this ext. 7001 was on another call, then message. Said box was full and can not leave any message. Was calling to notify them that I can not access my account as I keep getting a 404 error code.

I placed an order number 1303861 on January 1st with theartsyone and have tried contacting them at firstname.lastname@example.org. The payment has cleared and I have not received the product or heard anything from them. Is there any other contacts for them or is there a way I can receive a refund?
No complaints except that I could not find this number on the Artfire website. I was being billed for two old accounts that I had forgotten about. The only way to get to telephone support is if you are a seller,, but the one account I do use is a buyer account and I couldn't remember the sign-in info for the two seller accounts. This website was a life saver. The Artfire customer service rep was able to locate both unused accounts and cancel them. Thanks.
I am trying to list new items for sale and my photos will not upload. When I choose "beam them up", only the first photo gets beamed (blue line under it), but the photo won't show up like usual and none of the other photos get beamed up.
It was working perfectly for all my other photos within the last couple of weeks, but now it does not work.
