The National Labor Relations Board(NLRB) is an independent federal agency of the United States Government that protects the rights towards improving the wages and the working conditions of the employees. It protects the rights to join together the working private sector employees. NLRB has its headquarters situated at Washington, D.C. Arizona Labor Board is one of the agencies in the country of the United States of America that deals with protecting the privilege of the employees in order to improve the earnings of the employees. The agency also notices the conditions of the employees whether they are in a position to work or not. There is a Labor department in the country where the employees can claim for their earnings. The employees can claim if they have unpaid earnings less than five thousand dollars in not more than one year. When the department receives the claim, they immediately send legal notice to the company and start investigations about the case. The company has to respond to the notice within ten days and if they fail to do so, they have to pay triple the amount of the unpaid earnings found to be owed.

Arizona Labor Board has a very dedicated members in the board whose number one concern is the employees of various departments whether they are satisfied with their job or not. The board keeps a close look on the earnings of the employees, are they get their earnings on time or not. The Labor Board works for all these purposes.
