There has been to much scamming on Animal Jam. I was scammed for my studded collar, a rare, and a headset. My friend has been scammed for a halo, but i do not know what kind. We believe that it may have been the same person because they both unburied us and locked their dens, they were both bunny that had pink splodges and were white and wearing a ribbon scurf and many non member rares and bets. I do not really remember their username, but i think it was something like CuteBunny492 or something like that, i am not sure though, but if you could PLEASE help out that would be appreciated.
My daughter's account was hacked and she lost all of her full ice armor set, her rare scary bat wings her rare helmet, rare air plane wings, her rare freedom wings, her rare necklace. I hope there is a way where she will be compensated email email@example.com.

my daughter applied for a membership last month. We wanted her to try it for one month only; however I was surprised that I got charged this month as well. I did not know that it is on going membership. So please I want to cancel the membership and credit the second month charge back to my credit card since we did not use it, and I was not aware of the ingoing charge fee.
