Hi, not happy with Airtel never get my bills so how do I pay and I do not know what am paying for . If I call you for help it takes 30 mins to get though and when I do your system is down . I am not happy with west gate they asked me to pay for may when we are still in may . I hope you are not charging me for blackberry and I have asked to buy bundles for 1700 a every month and not more . Please help me or I do not need this any more . Hi. I am shocked, I've just discovered that Airtel takes money from customers through your SMS you sent to people. Every morning when I check my airtime balance i realized that I 1/= to 2/= are missing per day.
Sometimes you call and when I answer I find that its Airtel Advertisement going on. In that process airtime cash is being deducted.
Please stop this is not good. There is no need for us to buy airtime and you are the same people Co. taking it back without us using it. Its very disturbing. I feel like I should not have your line if this is the case.

I get strange advert calls and I have been ignoring them and have only realised that my airtime is down to 0/=. This is very annoying. I am also not impressed because I ignored a call inviting me to subscribe to Love Poems, which I really do not need. After ignoring the call, I found a text saying 'Thank you for subscribing'. Please stop this. This is robbery without violence! Please let us know if it will stop otherwise we will move to other phone companies!

I am / was registered owner of line 0733453884.

It has been off for a while as someone who was using that phone had travelled and the phone was off for some months.

I switched it on yesterday, loaded credit, which was successful.

I was therefore surprised that today the line was not working and upon calling it gives the message that the line is no longer in service.

The information was that I had won some money, but got suspicious when they wanted to know about my Safaricom line and whether I was a registered M-pesa user. If this is a group of fraudsters, kindly find a way of informing your customers so as to avoid any unnecessary scams.

My Postpaid Airtel line was disconnected for no good reason. all Payments were made on time. My problem is that it has taken too long for the problem to be sorted out albeit confirmations by the customer care officers that the reconnection would be immediate.

I made payments of Ksh 775 for my DSTV account number 46391309 on 16th August 2013 using my line 0737500068. The reference number is 2630816183319. As I write this mail, the money has not reached Multichoice and they has gone ahead and disconnected my account.My calls to your customer service number 0733100111 are not being answered, but instead are adding to my misery as the only thing I get is a tired irritating tune to my ears which eats my Airtel for a dozen or minutes before I disconnect.
Please, let me know what you chose to do with my money instead of fowarding it to Multichoice.
You have really messed me up and I must tell you to your face that am throwing away your line and will never want to associate myself with you again.

Concerned Kenyan,

This is to inform Airtel Company that there is a group of people going around and using your Company's name to steal from Kenyan.
I saw them today stealing from an elderly man and i felt so bad.They said a man had won a pick up and they took Kshs 500 from him.I was unable to catch up with them.
Two months ago they stole from my colleague Kshs3000 by confusing her to give them her m-pesa password.They also sold to her Airtel line loaded with Kshs 20 airtime.

Kindly do something to safe many Kenyan

ALL these incidences happened at Pangani near Oilibya Petrol station.

Thank you for your services. I wanted to be using Airtel money, but this has been difficult for me. I deposited ksh.1000 last saturday, but when i put the pin twice i was told it was wrong. On monday i went to Airtel money customer care and told to reset the pin, when i did that it was blocked.

Since then i have been to the Airtel money customer care along Koinange street three time, but am told the system are down. After calling 111 twice i could not get through coz of long wait. My number is 0733246465. Is there any help?

October 1st 2013 i loaded my line with kes 250, this made my balance to rise above kes 700. I have made less than ten lacal calls to Airtel and safaricom number most below 1minute except my last call that lasted only five mins to local an Airtel number. The last call ended due to luck of credit on my line on October five 2013. There are accidental calls on my call logs Can some body explain to me where all my credit has gone. Right after you deduct shs.10 of airtime for a club ten subscription, you later on announce to your workers(customer care dept.), but not to your customers that the service is no longer available, but still keep the option to subscribe open.Thats just one example.Your service management is highly questionable, watch your step before you trip and fall...with a thud.The blackberry hardware dept. Tells the tale as I write this message

I have reported the text message from 22707 fora period of over a month.Every time i do am given ref;then told it will be addressed.To date it has not been done.

Twice, within the last six months, I have lost internet bundles, now totalling about 1000MB, because I was late in renewing by one day.

In the industry best practice, internet bundles are never lost. Once someone renews their bundles, the balance of bundles that was there is credited.

I hope Airtel can adopt the best practices in the industry.

I am using Airtel prepaid SIM since long time. During November 2013 i applied for postpaid Airtel line, and deposited cash rupees 4000 with the Airtel outlet. My account number is 1022801988. Then i proceeded on safari to India. There i was informed for Airtel invoice which included a monthly rental of cash rupees 1575 per month which was never conveyed to me while applying for postpaid line. I never used postpaid line thereafter frequent mails were exchanged between me and Airtel customer care, but instead they kept on charging me every month in spite of cancellation of postpaid line in December 2013. I want now this cash to be put up to your and refund my cash 4000 without further delay to avoid any further complications.
