My Airtel number 254733265034 is not connecting. I can't make any call. What is the problem?
I am using Airtel prepaid SIM since long time. During November 2013 i applied for postpaid Airtel line, and deposited cash rupees 4000 with the Airtel outlet. My account number is 1022801988. Then i proceeded on safari to India. There i was informed for Airtel invoice which included a monthly rental of cash rupees 1575 per month which was never conveyed to me while applying for postpaid line. I never used postpaid line thereafter frequent mails were exchanged between me and Airtel customer care, but instead they kept on charging me every month in spite of cancellation of postpaid line in December 2013. I want now this cash to be put up to your and refund my cash 4000 without further delay to avoid any further complications.
Dear sir, i am using two Airtel kenya with no 0738496584 and 0738496492. Some unwanted plans are activated in the no ,which i do not require. This result a financial loss for my mobile balance. Therefore, i request you to deactivate the plans for which every day there is debit in balance, i will activate any plan in daily basic, whenever required by me.

Twice, within the last six months, I have lost internet bundles, now totalling about 1000MB, because I was late in renewing by one day.
In the industry best practice, internet bundles are never lost. Once someone renews their bundles, the balance of bundles that was there is credited.
I hope Airtel can adopt the best practices in the industry.
I have been paying for dstv services through Airtelmoney, but one transaction has not reflected and as a result i have had the service disconnected a number of times. I have reported the text message from 22707 fora period of over a month.Every time i do am given ref;then told it will be addressed.To date it has not been done.
