My Airtel number 254733265034 is not connecting. I can't make any call. What is the problem?
I am using Airtel prepaid SIM since long time. During November 2013 i applied for postpaid Airtel line, and deposited cash rupees 4000 with the Airtel outlet. My account number is 1022801988. Then i proceeded on safari to India. There i was informed for Airtel invoice which included a monthly rental of cash rupees 1575 per month which was never conveyed to me while applying for postpaid line. I never used postpaid line thereafter frequent mails were exchanged between me and Airtel customer care, but instead they kept on charging me every month in spite of cancellation of postpaid line in December 2013. I want now this cash to be put up to your and refund my cash 4000 without further delay to avoid any further complications.
Dear sir, i am using two Airtel kenya with no 0738496584 and 0738496492. Some unwanted plans are activated in the no ,which i do not require. This result a financial loss for my mobile balance. Therefore, i request you to deactivate the plans for which every day there is debit in balance, i will activate any plan in daily basic, whenever required by me.
Please deactivate, without delay please,
Twice, within the last six months, I have lost internet bundles, now totalling about 1000MB, because I was late in renewing by one day.
In the industry best practice, internet bundles are never lost. Once someone renews their bundles, the balance of bundles that was there is credited.
I hope Airtel can adopt the best practices in the industry.
I have been paying for dstv services through Airtelmoney, but one transaction has not reflected and as a result i have had the service disconnected a number of times. Right after you deduct shs.10 of airtime for a club ten subscription, you later on announce to your workers(customer care dept.), but not to your customers that the service is no longer available, but still keep the option to subscribe open.Thats just one example.Your service management is highly questionable, watch your step before you trip and fall...with a thud.The blackberry hardware dept. October 1st 2013 i loaded my line with kes 250, this made my balance to rise above kes 700. I have made less than ten lacal calls to Airtel and safaricom number most below 1minute except my last call that lasted only five mins to local an Airtel number. The last call ended due to luck of credit on my line on October five 2013. There are accidental calls on my call logs Can some body explain to me where all my credit has gone. I saw them today stealing from an elderly man and i felt so bad.They said a man had won a pick up and they took Kshs 500 from him.I was unable to catch up with them.
Two months ago they stole from my colleague Kshs3000 by confusing her to give them her m-pesa password.They also sold to her Airtel line loaded with Kshs 20 airtime.

The company needs to pay the bill at the end of each month. Airtel does not send us the bill inspite of sending emails.The customer care numbers are never answered.
I made payments of Ksh 775 for my DSTV account number 46391309 on 16th August 2013 using my line 0737500068. The reference number is 2630816183319. As I write this mail, the money has not reached Multichoice and they has gone ahead and disconnected my account.My calls to your customer service number 0733100111 are not being answered, but instead are adding to my misery as the only thing I get is a tired irritating tune to my ears which eats my Airtel for a dozen or minutes before I disconnect.
Please, let me know what you chose to do with my money instead of fowarding it to Multichoice.

My Postpaid Airtel line was disconnected for no good reason. all Payments were made on time. My problem is that it has taken too long for the problem to be sorted out albeit confirmations by the customer care officers that the reconnection would be immediate.
