I sent a formal complaint to Air France via the Customer Relations portal on the web site last week, and have not received any confirmation that this complaint was received or that any action is being taken. The complaint is regarding a cancelled flight and subsequent lost luggage. My original Reservation reference number is ZZ3NLA. The lost luggage Claim number is CMNAF90961.

We returned from Italy on an Air France flight and took the Air France bus from the Montreal Airport to the Ottawa train station.
The bus was not clean, smelled of very strong odours and worst of all. Both my husband and I were bitten by fleas or bed bugs on our ankles and arms during the ride home. The dozens of bites started to itch within minutes of getting off the bus.
Also the representative at the bus stop did not take action when a large number of passengers where throwing their bags in the luggage compartments and pushing to get on the bus. We had to yell and whistle to get her attention. The same thing happened when we arrived in Ottawa. Passengers pushing their way and throwing other passengers luggage on the sidewalk to get to their own. No representative was there to deal with the matter.
We will no longer use Air France bus service and will not recommend this service to family and friends.
