Good morning, My name is Charlene Scott and I active my new card and set up my login and it won't let me sign in to my account. I requested to reset my password, but it is not coming to my email, which is email@example.com. I need to get my login set up my account.
I put 300$ on my card on December 26 I buy a flight ticket for my wife for only 242$ I suposed to have 58 left on my card when I'm verify my curent balance we thought me I have only 2 $ on my card please let me know what happened with my 58$ I'm very angry
