Your FAQ section can answer some questions, but obviously not all I wanted a very quick question answered with a simple yes or no, but after emailing i now have to wait up to four working days for a response. Mail's this now being the 4th, no one is getting back in touch, my order should have reached me between the 13th-25th of September, it is now the 29th September, and no replays. I was told this number didn't exist, then I added 01242 before it and I got an engaged tone and was cut off.
The number you have dialed has not been recognized? Dialed again and rechecked the number, same message. Brilliant way to run a business Achica, no customers to take complaints/queries from because you give out a non-existent phone number. Will never order from you again and will advise everyone I come into contact with not to either.
