I signed up for the $59. 99 program and was billed $90. 00. Also I was to receive a month for free, but was billed immediately. Really not impressed with the service of this company or the program for my niece. Its to hard to navigate for a small child. Its been two days and already am feeling ripped off.
I paid for a year worth of service and it wasn't used on a regular bases. I did not sign up for any extra service yet I was being a fee still to this day unknown to me. I tried to log in to see if my daughter still had an account because money is still being taken off my account and was not able to go to her page. So why are you still taking money off my account.

We signed up for abc mouse last month on 9/24/13 under the understanding that we could cancel before the first month had expired.
