Why is it difficult to get in touch with a LIVE person at abc mouse? Customer support never picks up, they say email us. I want to know why I was billed AGAIN? It's so annoying you can't get in touch with anyone. Even trying to post this complaint is difficult.

I have been billed twice and I would like a refund. I don't want my credit card automatic drafted from my account as of 11/06/2013 without being notified. And it was the $99 charged on my Master credit card. I also paid the $59 on my Vista.

Why is there not a call center when you call it goes straight to voicemail? I tried to complete a purchase of abcmouse for my granddaughter but because I was not willing to give out the mother's name and contact information I did not finish signing up. Well, I'm being charged although I've cancelled 3 months ago. Apparently, this is a frequent issue with abcmouse. I want my money for August Sept and October refunded to my account. I've cancelled through the site twice and on the voicemail. Maybe abcmouse is more interested in theft than anything else.

We signed up for abc mouse last month on 9/24/13 under the understanding that we could cancel before the first month had expired. We were able to access the site on a few occasions, but, not in the last week. Because of the software issues and because my son is not old enough to appreciate all of the options, we would like to cancel our account at this time. We have called and left a voice mail at 866-986-8877 to call us back at 847-845-4329 on Monday, October 7, 2013. If I am not contacted and allowed to cancel and receive a refund, I will follow through with a dispute through my credit card company, Capital One.

I am noticing a pattern of money being taken from accounts with people not being able to use them. I had good results when I used this site however I haven't been able to do so for a while. Please cancel my subscription immediately. I don't know what is happening with the company but I do know that all these people are having similar issues. You might want to clear them up so we don't get the wrong impression.

I signed up for year subscription at 3 payments of 19.95. after two failed attempts to get the third payment cleared, I contacted online support and ask that a payment be taken while there were funds available in my account.
