This is a scam. You should go to the internet to search for Abcmouse cancellation. People have a hard time to stop being billed from this website.
I have been billed twice and I would like a refund. I do not want my credit card automatic drafted from my account as of 11/06/2013 without being notified. And it was the $99 charged on my Master credit card. I also paid the $59 on my Vista.

Well, I am being charged although I've cancelled three months ago. Apparently, this is a frequent issue with abcmouse. I want my money for August September and October refunded to my account. I've cancelled through the site twice and on the voicemail. Maybe abcmouse is more interested in theft than anything else.
