I cancelled my account back in July or August but your company has continued to charge my debit card $7.95 a month for services. I would like full reimbursement from the time I cancelled up until this last payment that came out on 10/23 to be debited back into my account or I will seek legal action.

I'm so pissed off with this company i call to cancel my account they said they did but they still charging me.if you guys don't give me back my money i'm taking this up with someone higher... i will get the news involve looking at some of the previous messages i'm clearly not alone on this !!!!!!!

I cancelled my membership 2 months ago and you continue to try to take money out of my account, making my bank go way negative. I believe this needs to be reported to the BBB

I set up and paid for an account on your website then it told me to download the app and when I did it won't let me access my account. It keeps telling me there is already an account on my email address. Also the price went up when I downloaded the app.

ABC Mouse's customer support is pathetic at best, not only do you get nowhere with their online chat but they try and keep the phone number a secret. I spent forever searching the web for a contact number even though I seem to have found one all you get is a recording and a promise to call you back!
