ABC Mouse's customer support is pathetic at best, not only do you get nowhere with their online chat, but they try and keep the phone number a secret. I spent forever searching the web for a contact number even though I seem to have found one all you get is a recording and a promise to call you back!

I set up and paid for an account on your website then it told me to download the app and when I did it won't let me access my account. It keeps telling me there is already an account on my email address. Also the price went up when I downloaded the app.

I cancelled my account back in July or August, but your company has continued to charge my debit card $7.95 a month for services. I would like full reimbursement from the time I cancelled up until this last payment that came out on 10/23 to be debited back into my account or I will seek legal action.

This website is a joke they've been charging me for eight months. I cancel my subscription 12 months ago and they're still charging me. If you look on the Abc Mouse. They will find no activity for the last 18 month. When I get the for the example kids I had a laptop then it hard drive crashed. I looked up to see if there was support for a tablet and there was no support so I immediately cancelled my subscription that was 12 months ago.
